Left an acid stain on my rare silver bar, I know this is how they check it but the place I went to before didn’t do the same. Also a huge low baller.

Best people in east valley!! I absolutely LOVE using this pawn shop when I'm short for bills or whatever! I've been using this place for 3 years now & will continue to ONLY go to them when I'm in a bad spot...Joe is always so very helpful & Raquel has the best smile & upbeat attitude! I fell and hurt my booboo. Besides, the obvious attack on my manlihood, I loved the place! Five stars is what they get despite my blood soaked, tear drenched, wretched ratchet of a knee. AJ, all day, til the day I die. That place has done me right 4 times and sometimes forgo the fee. Kudos bro, you know the show.

I would steer clear of this pawn shop even in a bind. Just drive down apache trail and you'll find many other pawn shops better fit to be doing business. The sales people behind the counter are stand offish and seem to be angry about you even walking into the shop. They WONT give you a estimate without you telling them what you think your items are worth but last time I checked it is the pawn shops job to determine worth of the products. Seemed like they play a whole bunch of games and gimmicks, do yourself a favor don't waste your time or business on this establishment.

Amazing place to do business with. Staff is exceptional and friendly and treat you with respect. They also give you fair value for your items. I would definitely recommend them. I will keep coming back for sure. Joe and Raquel are great!

Very nice and helpful and went there a couple of times cuz had to pawn my father's golden glove necklace for my kids. Then I was one day, one day, late on my payment due to their advice, and they were cold towards me, had it in the shop, but said they had to ship it to Mesa. I got the main number and was told it would be held for me to pay whatever they wanted. Got the runaround for several weeks. Never gave me the chance to buy my dad's gloves back. Will never go back!

I always receive great customer service and come here anytime I need quick cash. Never have any problems getting my belongings back or anything. I will definitely be back!
