    Horrible customer service from the branch manager. Instead of helping me with my problem she kept insinuating it was my fault. She tried to say if one of her tellers was responsible she would hold them accountable but since the error was a result of a mobile transaction she had no one to blame therefore it’s my fault. The error was 100% Wells Fargo’s fault but the manager acted extremely irritable and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager.

    I have normally never had a problem with wells fargo but recently i noticed that this branch had it's ATM out of order when i went to deoosit my check has that been fixed yet

    Went here today to get a cashiers check with the girlfriend. I remember why I don't bank with Wells Fargo. After waiting in line for a half hour at the drive thru, they informed her that they had just reopened the lobby for service, and she had to go inside now for these services. There was no sign at the outside to inform people of this at the drive thru either. To make matters worse didn't even apologize, just herded us and the car in the other lane around to from parking lot like cattle. Once inside no one was even at the counter. This Bank had poor service at best before covid, absolutely horrible now. Avoid this place if you can.

    There is a reason I don't back with wells Fargo. They are terrible. Not the first time I've been unpleased with them. I went into the bank to deposit money into my brothers account. Can't get in the bank, is blocked off. Was told I had to go thru the driveway thru. Advised I don't have a account number, just his name, date of birth and address. Was told they need the account number. Oh and have to be money order or check. NO CASH. what bank doesn't take cash!!! I have never been to a bank that can't take cash, and isn't able to look up an account without the account number. There is a reason I don't bank with Wells Fargo. Terrible bank.

    I have been with this bank for many years. Slot of people tell me to switch to a credit union, I have had no problems with this company so far. I hope I just didn't jinx myself. Great customer service in person and on the phone

    One teller working with 5 people in line… completely do not care about their customers time. Not good. The other banker struts around but will not jump in to help.

    I have a complicated checking account, and was encountering some issues while I was in the middle of an important transaction. Yvon, Bianca, Morgan, and Alex all were determined to help me fix my account issue. I appreciate the concern, compassion, and the dedication they showed towards me, a customer. My issue was resolved, and I'm thankful to have an account here. Thank you for the excellent customer service, it is forever appreciated!!!!

    I have had nothing but the best experience at Wells Fargo in general and at this branch in particular. Each teller has been enthusiastic to help. Robert in particular is exceptional at making his customers feel valued. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this bank and branch to friends and family (and I have and do recommend them). Way to be awesome!

    The date is 10-13-2020. Have to go through drive through due to COVID. Inside banking is not open. Two lanes open and in 30 minutes one lane hasn’t moved at all. Completely unacceptable. They have got to do something different here. No reason whatsoever for the banks to not be open to the general public
