    This is the third time using this Ford service department and the first two times weren’t great but it’s the closest Ford shop to me. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, I thought maybe the alternator needed to be replaced because it could be jumped but wouldn’t restart after being turned off. They changed the battery the first day and said they’d have an answer by the next morning about the alternator. They didn’t call back so I called a couple days later, they said they still hadn’t checked the alternator and needed more time to run an electrical test. I called the next week and same story that they’d know by the next day. I didn’t hear anything back so I called again mid week and they said the alternator was fine but the voltage to it wasn’t enough and they needed another day or two. Not hearing back again I called mid week the next week and the service manager said he still hadn’t heard anything back. Finally 3 weeks after dropping my truck off I get a call that nothing was wrong, the technician read the voltage wrong and it had only needed the new battery. No apology or anything just that I could pick up my truck and a $360 bill. My truck isn’t a luxury vehicle, I use it for farm work hauling hay, grain, loads of soil, etc. so three weeks out of service for no reason is ridiculous. The service manager I’ve had all three times and he is rude and short on the phone every single time. Anyways, I’ll be finding a different shop from now on.

    My radio in my Ford Edge stopped working so I took it in to get it looked at. I was informed there would be a diagnostic fee of 150 + tax. They had my vehicle for 2 days when they told me they would need to "remove the dash" in order to find out what the problem was AND they would need to charge me 550 + tax just to continue looking. This didn't make sense so I asked to speak with the manager and he confirmed this was the situation and even that wouldn't guarantee they would know what was wrong with my radio. I asked if I could just order a radio online and have it installed and he said no because my radio is "VIN specific" and I could only get one from Ford. I ended up taking my car and paying 185.00 (when they did absolutely nothing) because I wasn't going to pay 550 + and take the chance that it wouldn't be fixed. Anyway, I had my brother-in-law look at it. He never had to remove the dash like they said and it took him less than an hour to figure out what was wrong. He had me order online the Sync 3 system for my Ford. The company even preprogrammed the system for my VIN at no additional cost and my brother-in-law installed the radio in less than 30 minutes! The radio works perfect and even has the Ford logo when I turn on my car. I felt like I was being scammed by the service department when they had my car for 2 days and couldn't tell me what was wrong with my radio and then telling me I would need to pay more just to find out the problem. Now I KNOW I was being scammed seeing how quickly and easily my brother-in-law fixed my radio. Needless to say I will never take my vehicle to Bruce Titus Port Orchard Service Department ever again.

    Excellent customer service and quick repair! Replaced Left tail light. They inspected it and said how out 930 in the morning. I was not expecting service the next day...blew my mind. I appriciate the service staff, front desk, and salesmen are all so good to me. Was hoping he'd replace the light with a mustang lollll.😄 They have a customer for life. 👏🏼 💙 🚙💨

    They were quick and polite doing my oil change and tire rotation and checking my fluids also washed my car I’m very pleased with there service

    Had a wrench engine light come on. Had to take it as soon as possible and they took me in right away and started working on my vehicle. Everywhere else was booked up for months in advance. They took care of me by loaning me out a vehicle of theirs. Also he good communication with the front desk and the service department. Had me back in the road as soon as possible. Highly recommended if anything transmission or general maintenance is needed on your vehicle. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future repairs!

    There’s a reason why I drive an hour to get there — it’s phenomenal service every single time. This time I was told an oil change would be about an hour, and 45 minutes later they were calling for pickup, with a complimentary wash; enough time to enjoy the paved walkway along the waterfront. The service department gentleman was warm and welcoming, and the cashier was bright and bubbly. They were professional and proficient in their duties, and also gave great customer service. Also, the protocol that they take for COVID is fantastic. I appreciate everything that they time the time to think about for their guests and customers, which is why I continue to only recommend them for any service!

    Ford has always been polite and prompt with their service. I have a Ford pass so I have had them perform all the oil changes on my car since I purchased it in 2017. My only issue is that their mechanics always leave dirt/oil/grime on my shifter, steering wheel, and door handles after service. They should either have clean hands before moving my car or wipe it up after. It’s been the last three times this has happened (2/2022, and 2x in 2021)

    I sent this Wednesday and still no response and left a message. I am very unsatisfied with what happens to my car every time I bring it in to your service dept. Josh, there's an issue with my car since it was serviced. The brake fluid light is on and half of the fluid is gone. The cap was up where the windshield wipers are at?!! The time before this the stereo was loosened or not set back correctly that still needs to be fixed. I can't make it back to the dealership to fix this as I'm 65 miles away. So I'll have to purchase the fluids and have to replace what was lost due to oversight by your tech. There should be some sort of reimbursement. Thanks and let me know. Following will be pictures of where the cap was found on my car. Why was that fluid checked when it was just an oil change?

    The folks that work there are real nice. The oil change took a little longer than it was supposed to, but that was OK since I had some extra time. They threw in a wash that was unexpected, but it was such a poor job I wonder why they even bothered.

    I had an excellent experience a Port Orchard Ford, beginning with the scheduling of my appointment. Upon arrival the service was first rate, I waited in a nice clean waiting area. Restrooms were clean as well. The service was completed on schedule. The staff was genuinely helpful and sincere. The costs for the service was good value. I’ll do business here again!
