    ZERO STAR!!!! I wished I would have read the reviews for this branch. Terrible Terrible branch. Worst customer service ever. They have one star on yelp and google reviews. NOT surprised. I opened this account because it was so much closer to my home. So glad I had not closed my other account. Will gladly drive farther to Comerica Bank and will be closing my new Wells Fargo. Tried to cash 2 checks (one being a cashiers check) was told be available next day. It has been a week and neither have been released from a 9 day hold. Have called and went into this branch only to have the lady who said it would be available next day tell me nothing she can do. Very rude could care less. Awful Branch Manager, she is blonde and sits at a desk behind the tellers. Awful lady. Awful Branch.

    My family has banked with Wells Fargo for over 25 years, living in many cities across in different States and never had an issue until now. This branch is the worst bank ever. Poor customer service, bad attitude, unhelpful, pretty much worthless and quit blaming your issues on Covid. They will literally run to the door and lock it early not to help someone. They ruined s few Christmasesand holidays because of this. They screwed up the my check and put in and out so many times trying to get it the correct amount, it had a hold and then scanned it for e deposit, instead of a branch deposit. if I wanted an e deposit I could have done that myself. Actually calling other branches and found one tha 'm rating with 5 stars. Night and day, two different branches ran so differently. I will never use this branch again.!!!

    We've banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years, living in many cities across several States and never had an issue until now. This branch is the worst bank ever. Night and day, two different branches ran so differently. I will never use this branch again.

    I shared my review of how terrible I was treated at this branch, and they TOOK IT DOWN and sent me a "we're truly sorry" BS email. Let's be honest... THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

    I don't understand why they don't answer their phone. They told me when I was in their branch that I need an appointment to open a checking account for my teenager. It shouldn't be such an ordeal. Now I need to drive back to make an appointment.

    Bad service when you walk in at 10 am, there are zero customers in the back, 4 tellers behind the counter and two at the front entry desk and I just need to have one signature notarized and they say “I can set you up an appointment but we don’t have anything available right now”, it would have taken literally less than 5 min. Bottom line, they didn’t want to accommodate, that kind of service bothers me.

    Staff not busy but still said I had to make an appointment for one of them to make a phone call to their own credit department to ask for a faxed copy of a document. Would have only taken a couple minutes. Banking staff seem to have taken a new persona of self- importance.

    The worse customer service. The lady at the account customer service doesn’t care about my time. She took her time talking about personal life out loud with her previous customer. Not professional.

    I do not like the fact that they are closed on Saturday some of us do not have time to stop by during the week and have more time on Saturday!!! Sunday off guys.

    this worst branch ever see, Tried more than 10 times to connect branch in multiple days over phone, to take appointments. They never pickup the phone. End up walking to the branch for simple appointment and checked regarding the phone, their answers are very rude and I reached near by branch over phone they were ready to help in seconds. This branch requires big changes wrt staffing.
