Chase Bank W Happy Valley Rd, Peoria

Ben helped me to open a new account. He was very polite, kind and attentive from the beginning till end. I hope to have this kind of service at every branch. The bank itself is clean and the tellers are friendly too. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

I've been a customer here many years. Both my business and personal accounts here. If I wasn't so busy I'd have MOVED accounts long ago. This bank is poorly managed, probably the worst, manager LouAnn is happy to run you off at drop of a hat. Justin Barcom was an Excellent banker that helped circumvent some items but she ran him off. Now they have a banker offsite. If you have a choice do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

Awful wait times on Saturdays. Just need to withdraw some funds, not hang out at Chase for an hour. Management needs help !!!!

It's a bank. You can line up for a teller but it is ridiculously difficult to schedule a banker or notary. You can forget about walking in. They've used covid as an excuse to downgrade service significantly. 3 business abd two personal accounts And it is still difficult to get an appointment for the next day.

This is the worst branch ever! My husband and I stopped 3 times in less than 2 weeks, all 3 times we waited, twice we waited for 25-30 minutes, only to be told we could not be helped by a personal banker. I’m so disgusted with this bank we’re closing ALL of our accounts. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Called at 10:15am to check if there’s a notary on site and was told yes, but come in right away and we can help you now. I got there about 15 min later and talked to Tiffany who said there’s no one there. I explained the phone conversation I had and she said yeah come back after 3pm and basically kicked me out. So according to Tiffany right away means 5 hours later.

Folks at this site have always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for being open on Saturday

Hassle free banking. Never tried the drive-through, mostly used the ATM. In my 7 years banking with Chase at this branch, only once did the ATM go out of service. Tellers are courteous and professional. (The online banking app is easy to use, even for the technologically challenged.)

Went there to separate accounts, employee continually made mistakes, had to switch accounts back and forth, she made another mistake and we had to start all over again. There for 1.5 hours, when we went to log in again the next day, we both had access to each other's accounts and one of our other accounts was completely gone. The appointment feature on the app keeps spinning and no one answers the phone. Unacceptable.

This location always seems to be one of the worst managed and unorganized branches in the valley. Unfortunately, it’s also the closet to my house. When there’s 15 people in line - you should probably have more than one teller waiting on customers at a snails pace. I’m no banker.. but it doesn’t seem that hard for a branch manager to peak their head out of their door and see a barrage of people and think... hmm, maybe I should go help.
