Wells Fargo Bank Grant Ave, Loveland

Changed my grandfathered account with no fees, to a fee account after I was told they would not. Dont see how thats legal ill close it soon there are plenty of other free places to bank.. Wells is sketchy and they have been caught and fined for their B.S. !! I would highly recommend another bank!!

Terrible, banked there for over a year, I checked my recent transactions and they charged me a 350$ "service fee" when into they bank they told the me that never happened even tho I had proof they stole 350$ out of my account, refused to give it back and refuse to acknowledge it even happened.

I have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Tried to get an auto loan, after 2wks walked into CarMax and walked out in 2hrs (not with their help). Also deposited a large amount of cash to my savings... over 20,000. Received $00.11. Interest! Also had opened an unnecessary account for fraud. When I had a fraud issue they closed all my accounts! This is not a helpful place to bank No.. you call me!!!!

We came into this location with a time-sensitive task to be completed, and we received excellent customer service from Jenna. She was thorough and accommodated our needs 100%.

I just came in for a quick withdrawal, and I was helped out by Cherish. She was very polite, very professional. And her smile made my morning better!

Went to put cash into an account. They would not accept the deposit because it wasn't my own personal account. They wanted me to get a cashier's check to put money into the account. I had the account number for a relative and needed to put money in her account to help her.

Had a meeting with a banker. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough good things about Jamie Sigley. She is hands down the banker you want if you have a business. She stops at nothing to do what she can for you and goes beyond expectations daily. Honestly I’ve never had such an amazing banker and would follow her anywhere (I hope she never leaves because it would be a pain to have to switch all of our accounts to wherever she would go, lol). The team that is in place at the branch is also great, I always feel welcomed and love to see my regulars.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional all their team has been. On line banking services has been super easy. Went in to talk about a home loan and got just over the top professional help from their staff even though they couldn't do the loan. Only 4 stars since I also had been trying to reach them by phone (goes unanswered) and left a message on a VM that was never returned. Still would recommend!
