The nice lady who is a Supervisor provided excellent customer service.

I've been with this branch for a decade. They have always gone out of their way to provide great service. Whether it's wires or removing hold times, they've been fantastic, especially Denise and Seema. Best group I've ever experienced.

Rude disrespectful racist tellers been using Wells Fargo for a year and never had a problem at no other branch but this branch say oh we can't cash your check after I was harassed to get an account which I denied so now they denied me. Saying racist remarks at me horrible experience smh

Lovely friendly teller and staff. Brief wait to speak to someone with an office about refi. After being assured I would be contacted shortly and seen at that office the same day...no contact, no call, no nothing. It was my day off. Very dissatisfied.

Im hispanic, and swear to God this people was not comtuble when i walk in that bank,,so, U left,went to another company... Very sad what they did to me,,, Racist

Met with a banker here to get my address updated and get a new debit card. She was very courteous and seemed genuinely interested in my family situation and our financial needs. Very clean and beautiful branch.

Yolanda and the branch manager have been so very helpful with my parents acct issues. My parents are elderly and I serve as poa. They are always kind and I appreciate it!!!

Waited for over 25 mins on national phone line with no answer. Then called local Haddonfield branch and had to go thru 3 people for an interest rate answer. Teller needs more training. Poor service. Searching for other more competitive well trained bank.

Unbelievably rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I have to use this bank for work but I will never do any personal banking here because of how poor their customer service is when I go in.
