TD Bank N Haddon Ave, Haddonfield

I have been visiting this bank branch for years and opened my accounts here. The staff are overall friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, this location is often short-staffed (even before Covid), so wait times can be long if you are unlucky or come at a busy time. The overall score also takes a hit because a few of the most recent managers that have been here seem to have been trained poorly, but are friendly and mostly try to be helpful.

Employee was not wearing mask inside the branch. She said it was because she had been on the phone, except I saw her with under her nose when I first began standing in line (so complete B. S. answer). Had to go into the branch because I waited in the drive thru for quite a while, I thought going in would be quicker, but it's not worth the risk, stay out.

A nice quaint TD Bank located in a fine location in Haddonfield. the trees in the parking lot are glorious in Autumn. The tellers are very friendly.

Only one teller and one banker! Prepare to stand awhile or sit to get service.

The staff is always friendly here, whether I go inside, to a teller, or to the drive through. Recently I had a problem with my safe deposit box, and the assistant manager (it was actually her first day there) could not have been more helpful. Humor, patience and support are the best ways to get through anything difficult. Thanks!

Great Store Manager and great Store to visit with your dog. Water bowl is always fresh.

Poor customer service. Waited to speak with a rep and wasn’t acknowledged for 20 minutes. Woman sat at desk with no other customer. Never even acknowledged us.

Good branch to go to. The staff is friendly, good and quick.
