Wells Fargo Bank Springer Dr, Highlands Ranch

We had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo bank with our personal banker James Goudy. He was patient and kind, and very perseverant. He did not stop till he solved all our issues. We would definitely recommend James and this Wells Fargo branch to anyone.

If you are visiting to do something simple, such as withdraws and deposits or currency conversion, this branch is great. Friendly service for sure. They do try to "find out" the harder stuff by asking each other if they do not know, but you honestly will find better assistance for the more difficult things elsewhere. Anything besides the very basic "by the book" things, you will be redirected elsewhere (including a post office for notary work when they are a notary here).

I’ve banked here since 2006. Never had any issues and everyone has gone above and beyond every single time I needed anything for my business or personal. That last review with the thumbs down is childish and fake! Highly recommend this branch.

This is by far one of the quickest and most friendly Wells Fargo locations. Each teller is always pleasant and helpful. Especially Savannah! And everyone form tellers and above are attentive and quick to get people helped when they’re busier.

Great branch with very friendly staff. Cashing a payroll check was easy and quickly done. Kudos to the staff for actually being attentive and doing their job correctly and swiftly!

Best customer service EVER! No other branch picked up the phone and we’re willing to accommodate our needs for banking services. Chris was the guy who helped us. Overall, amazing service! Which is very hard to find in today’s day and age. Great job!

The manager at this branch (Tracey) is truly outstanding. With all the customer service problems WF has had the past few years it's amazing what one person can do to maintain loyalty.

Dylan Fiore was amazing today! We had new wills to notarize, authorize our son to our safe deposit box and teach my son how to use/get into it. He was so patient and help organize all the papers of our will and walked our son through the entire safe deposit box experience. Thank you Dylan!

I have a business checking account with this Wells Fargo branch. The staff has always been beyond courteous to me. In fact, when I started my business I had two business accounts - one with Wells Fargo, and another with a different bank. I was testing the waters, so to speak. The other bank made errors and had hours inconvenient to me as a business owner. I closed that account and kept only my Wells Fargo account because of their superior service and convenience.
