    It's so hard to make appointments if you need something done the same day. Their customer service availability has gotten worse. People there are nice but their availability is pretty bad. Good luck if you need anything else other than what the tellers can do. I couldn't get anyone to answer any phone calls. Had to go to another bank. Too bad because location is great

    Worst bank branch ever. Called to setup a notary appointment, and when I arrived they refused to help. What a joke. Closed all my accounts and will be banking elsewhere. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLSFARGO.

    One of the worse banks I have ever dealt with. My wife passed and I have been trying to remove her from the loan so I could cash an insurance check to pay for repairs to my home that happen during her death. They kept asking for the same documents I had already submitted to them before. There answer was, they discarded them as soon as his supervisor reviewed them the day before.

    Called Wells Fargo to exchange Euro's to USD. They stated they only do this for members. I guess having an Auto loan does not qualify me as a member. Very disappointed.

    Not only did they try to charge my teenage daughter $7.50 to cash a check, but they also failed to disclose that on the phone when I called, as well as failing to disclose the charge until near the end of the transaction. I just had the teller cancel the transaction, and waited to take my daughter to the credit union to open her own account. I am a former Wells Fargo banking and mortgage customer, and it's poor customer service and exorbitant charges like these that drove me away.

    We came around 1pm on Friday but or daughter fell asleep in the car so we didn't get to experience Wells Fargo that day (we went home instead). Today is the day after and we came just before noon. The two people ahead of us got served but then the guy came over and said he was going to lunch. He seemed nice though because he offered us bottled water. The kids got lollipops from the jar that is in the common area so keep an eye on them. Now the other dude is assisting us. Good service but I wouldn't eat here again.

    Horrid service, no one was competent enough to cash a state printed check , finally closed my account here and am choosing to bank elsewhere due to Myriam Evano horrible attitude, it’s not my fault she can’t train her banker team well , let alone have enough customer service to apologize for her teams failures , for wasting my time and her attitude was ridiculous and an embarrassment to Wells Fargo

    I go into this branch many times. Always barefoot, and they always treat me right. They even know my first name because of being unique....
