I pulled up to drive up to make deposit at exactly 5:53 pm and office is closed. Website says 6pm. Shame On You!!!

Very nice bank. Had my doubts when they took over Wachovia but so far, mostly good. A few WF bank policies stink but I guess you have to expect that from a large bank take over. However, the people are very nice... always greet you, ask if they can help you with anything else and call you by your name... a nice personal touch that makes you feel as though they care... and perhaps they do! Hours are good... lobby open until at least 5PM every night. Envelope-free ATM credits cash deposits immediately and check deposits are available the next business day with $100 being available immediately. All in all, you'll probably enjoy banking here!

Called branch directly whoever answered the phone was so rude ans not helpful at all. Really considering going with another bank after speaking to her.

The bank is always very busy and the smell inside is quite moldy and unsanitary.
