Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Commerce Blvd, Succasunna

Called this bank asking if they are open during a snowstorm to open a new account. We drove 30 minutes and they say that they are closing in 15 mins. Poor customer service, not recommending this place

I juat went into this location for the first time. The customer service was good and everything was done quickly

Excellent customer service, with assistants trained to treat Spanish-speaking people. They treat you well, they care about you. Definitely 5 stars.

I have previously had employees help me out by counting the amount I get in my tips from work since they fluctuate and I don't have time during the end of shifts to count out my deposits. But today an employee refused to deposit my money into my account, because I didn't have a estimated amount.

Ok bank, but they don't have drive through banking. Only an ATM, so you'll still need to go inside if you need to talk to someone. Their drive up window is covered up. With COVID, they should make it so you dont need to go inside.

Just went to the Succasunna location. The worst welcome ever. The worker barely talked to me, seemed overwhelmed and overall rude.

Worst bank ever, every time I try to cash a check they give me a problem but they never have a problem with me depositing. I always have to argue with a manager just for them to cash anything, they always tell me at first they have to order the money. This time around I call ahead of time to make sure they have the money and they gave me the excuse that the signature doesn't match. I've been cashing and depositing the same check from my company for 2 years with the same signature of the owner and now the "signature doesn't match". I even had proof of previous checks deposited.

This bank may not have the worst customer service in the industry - but they sure come close. Bank of America is known for horrible customer service and this branch is a prime example of everything people hate about BOA.

I’m so disappointed with Bank of America. I tried to deposit checks for my helpers, I didn’t know their addresses , but teller said That he is not going to do it, until I provide address for those persons! I fill up deposit slip with helper’s First and Last name, also I provide Account number. I don’t understand , is this really so difficult to see into bank computer to look it up the address of my helpers????? It’s so ridiculous!!! I made deposits in many branches, I never had this problem before. Only in this location in Sucassana . And one more things. This teller worked without his personal badge. I ask his name. He’s name is Jason. P.S. when I deposit checks in others banks, such as TD, Wells Fargo, Chase, they never ask about address!
