    Great Place, the Landing office of Valley Bank is really excellent, small town friendly feel with services of a big bank. The drive through is very handy, and the lobby always has enough tellers if you need that. We have used them for 18 years for checking & mortgage.

    I would not recommend this bank. They often have long lines. Their customer service is substandard. They recently lost a sizable deposit. And they charged my account $61 for deposit tickets. It's time to go elsewhere. 12/2015 Update: I ended up switching to Chase. They have better service and more features on their accounts. More importantly, their web site is 100% better than Valley.
