TD Bank NJ, Succasunna

I stopped at the TD Bank in Succasunna today around 11:30. I wanted to talk about my CD. I sat down with a TD Bank employee, and he said he just wand to finish writing something down for a client. He then ignored me, and started to dial the phone to speak to someone. I am sitting there in person, and he just ignored me. I had enough and left. Will never use this location again. Poor client service.

Horrible experience, lady who helped me was very disrespectful and gave me terrible service. Will never come back to this location again.

Used to be a great, super convenient bank, but this location was running with no manager for months, and TD itself no longer prides itself on customer care. Long lines here to do simple stuff even though there's lots of employees. Every time I had an issue I had to call the former manager, Mike, in Morristown.

Great bank! I use this bank personally and the people are great. It is easy and convenient for my to use. Coin arcade is great to count out the spare change! The employees are great and helpful.

WARNING Family member had a horrible experience when an employee gave incorrect information that a check was cleared when actually it had not and turned out to be a bad FRAUDULENT check. Bottom line it was not the banks fault. Think twice.

In general I love banking with TD. Recently I had an issue w one of my business accounts and was helped by Darsit. His knowledge and extraordinary customer service skills helped easily solve my problem. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I was a former customer back in high school, then switched to chase. I just opened a new account online and I have to say they have the easiest online account opening system, it took me about 10 mins to do everything. Although you have to wait for a card in the mail you can simply walk into your local branch and talk to customer service, they will cancel the one in the mail and give you one at the bank.

Had horrible experience with Darsit. Treated me with such disrespect. Made me feel like it was my fault my account was hacked. Didn't try to help just accused me of wrong doing

For all the fees you charge for keeping an account you can certainly afford leave a dam pen next to the ATM for depositing checks. I can get you a good deal on bulk pens if your interested...I know a guy

Dottie is great, and always provides me and our company with great service! Darsit and the front line team are wonderful as well.
