    Worst banking branch to deal with. Rude and very quick to brush you off; not helpful whatsoever. I have 3 business banking accounts with them & went in to open another they could care less. Instructing me to just do it online when I explained to them that I couldn’t due to technical difficulties - after saying that they told me to just call…. Smh. The hiring manager should really re evaluate their employees. Seems like kids run the place.

    It's unacceptable and dangerous to make people wait in 105° heat for an hour for basic services. Someone is going to get heatstroke... They let 10 customers in at once, while many more wait outside. There is ample, unused space inside this bank. Way more than 10 customers could fit inside, still keeping a distance of 6 feet. This bank needs to let more people in or offer a way for people to cool off. And they need faster service.

    Go to the Wells Fargo on Mooney because this bank on Main St has not enough staff to serve you, they take a long time to service. In LA there is no line of business because it avoids this delay in the big line. Why does that happen in Visalia?

    Service is good but geeze you would think they would come up with a better system for the lines outside. With the Mooney branch still closed customers are waiting out side up to 45 min in the heat😡 the merchant tellers always take forever why not give them 2 tellers when the heat is this bad. Come up with a solution !!

    The wait time is ridiculous. 1 maybe 2 tellers helping customers and the rest of the employees not helping the line go down, there has to be a policy for customer service or just help out your fellow co-worker and help them Knock the line down. I believe it begins with management, I’m sure the employees are just doing what they are told. And it’s even more frustrating to be waiting for half an hour and the business line can go straight to the front.

    45 min waiting in the heat really. Only 2 tellers its not ok after i walked inside the tellers laughing and joking around instead of getting the lines out. I was in the merchant line and havingvto wait so long come up to the teller and shes in a conversation with another employee. Really i just want to get out of there. Worst expience with covid i understand the guidlines but why not worke faster not slower to get the customers in and out. Rather make the drive fo the mooney branch much faster and friendlier!

    Everytime i come to this bank they take forever. Only 1 or 2 people helping and the rest just walking around looking lost. I'm sick of spending over 30 mins everytime just to do a simple transaction. Ridiculous Aj, i dont want to email you. I've already stated my issues with this bank. What you can do now is do something about it. I see i'm not the only one with this complaint so obviously your aware of the problem right? So quit telling people to email you and fix the problem!

    Workers are great. But always under staff I come here for work purposes , but started going to Mooney branch now always fast at Mooney. They need to hire more people or schedule better.

    Customer service is subpar. Assistant managers make their own rules at their own convenience. Waited in line for 35 mins behind 2 other customers while 5 other employees walked around behind the 3 working tellers.
