Service was quick and easy. (Can’t remember her name) helped 2 people out at the same time and made it quick and simple. Struggled to get a bill payed at 2 other WesternUnion locations but this one made it so simple.

*** Before anything I just want to make it clear that I am very aware of the store hours. But the whole situation on how it went was not cool at all. Sometimes working in a customers service field there are always accommodation the workers can do depending on situations, time and needs. If your going to be rude about one’s situation and clocking out is the first thing on your mind even though it’s not time yet and not wanting to help that last min customer then working in customer service field isn’t the job for you*** My First experience with this store was probably 2 months ago and the service I received was good from another lady. Today, however it was another lady (who’s on the edge of heavy side with long black hair & probably in her late 40 or early 50) She was rude and very bitter. You could see right off the back that she was Judging me the way she was talking to me. No sympathy at all. The only reason why I even stop by was because it was an emergency and I needed to get a payday loan til tomorrow. I’ve been at work all day and I was release probably 5:45pm from work and this store closes at 6pm. Due to traffic and light stops I still made it inside the door at 5:57pm. I told the lady my situation and if she could please help me and her answer was NO , WERE CLOSED. DON’T YOU KNOW OUR STORE HOURS. I told her due to work and traffic I still manage to make it inside the door before 6 pm and she said, “I can’t help you, we’re closed”. The gentleman who was there finishing his transaction looks at me and felt bad for me the way the lady was talking me and offer to give me some cash. But I told him that it was okay. Then he looked at the worker and asked her “can you please kindly help this young lady” and she responded to him, I’ve already told her no and that I’m closed. I don’t know why she’s still here unless she has a question to ask.” She then came back to me and said, “do you have a question to why your still here?” And I told her well I was still talking to you and you just walked off on me and that was rude and she said, “well I already told you that we’re closed! I can’t help you. When I’m done helping this man it will be 6pm and so we’re closed. We’re open at 9am , come back in the morning when we’re open.” And I’m like standing there all shock and couldn’t believe the way she was talking to me. Then I walked out. I will never again stop by this place even if it’s my last resort!

Shout out to Cece you're awesome I came in to cash a refund check in September and even though they closed in 15 minutes she took all the time to help me and made sure I got my check cashed then this month January I came to cash my work checks but didn't have my ID as it was lost and Cece was there again girl never goes home but her and one of the other ladies helped me and again made sure my checks got cashed I 110% recommend their services and will continue to do business with them

Cece was such a Nice Representative. She helped with everything and had a good conversation. I was very comfortable with her and would refer her to anyone else.
