Such a great experience with this factoring company. I didn’t know much about factoring and Casey took his time to explain to me about exactly what it is, and how everything works. We are a very new company, I shopped around a bit, fees are completely reasonable and anything that is needed, I can contact them directly with absolutely no issues. Also, every process they have is easy to use, very self explanatory. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We switched to Transwest Capital about 6 months ago from another factoring company that “claimed” to have a low rate, but they never answered their phones and their responsiveness took days if they ever responded at all. We are so happy we found Transwest and made the switch. Everything Transwest has done so far is great: from set-up, the transition from the other factoring company was flawless!
