    I never had any issue with this bank but was nicely treated with kindness and quick service. The staff is really nice and friendly. Even though it could get very busy sometimes but the tellers are fast and always smiling which is great to make each experience so easy and pleasant. I was in and out in a few minutes every visit. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone who wants to open a new account or apply for loans. It’s located right on Riverside Drive where crazy traffic can actually occur at any time of the day. It’s very hard to get in and out at this busiest intersection. Unfortunately I’ve seen both crashes and accidents happened right on this spot not just due to speed but neglegence of drivers moving through. So be super careful if you go this bank.

    It really is a shame that negative stars can't be applied. This bank has the most awful customer service. I haven't had many (if any) good experiences with Wells Fargo, but good God this branch is the worst!

    This branch is very welcoming from the moment we started using them 3 years ago. They are always warm and friendly, and extremely helpful. We rarely have to wait. Ray has always been knowledgeable and helpful with helping us with any and all questions and financial info. I don’t understand negative reviews on customer service, because I have never seen it.

    The only thing Wells Fargo does well, finding new and inventive ways at irritating me. I will be closing my account at the end of this week.

    Last December my mother-In-law passed away just before Christmas. My wife, her father and I went to the bank. After a long wait and finally getting a customer service person to assist us we started the process of trying to change his accounts Beneficiary to reflect her death. He put his bank card into their machine and inserted his PIN number and answered all the security questions and providing his wife’s death certificate. All seemed well till the 88 year old man who himself was on hospice presented his drivers license. Oops sorry it is expired 4 months ago. They then refused to do anything further as his license is expired and not valid anymore thus they could not identify him as the account holder. Fast forward 4 months later and he has now passed. We go to the bank with his death certificate and guess what they need her death certificate so we run to the health department to get another original for them and then try to return and they are like we have no more appointments come see us the next day and of course we are doing the funeral so it was like well try next week and we are like we are not from here can we do it before we go and they are like no I like was in their 10 min ago and we come back? Nope we are busy!!! Bottom line. If you want customer service either be a Millennial flaming then online or an illegal I am sure no ID or wait needed come on in and we will take care of you right away. Thanks to David, Kaili and Melissa for the worst customer service ever!!!!

    Wells Fargo on River Rd in St. George always gives me such great customer service. Once I walk in the tellers smile and greet me. I went in to cash a check and they were all nice and had fun conversations with me. I always appreciate how much they like to serve their customers. The bankers are all wonderful also. They are very knowledgeable and trained well. They help settle my needs and they have really helped give me options to manage my finances. I will always go to the Wells Fargo on River Rd from now on. Great staff.

    The staff are all friendly and helpful. And they ensure they understand the transaction that I am making during each visit since sometimes it's a little complicated.
