We had a good experience at Elite. Very friendly staff. Kevin was easy to work with and I like the no BS attitude. We worked out a deal in short order and my son bought his first car. The young lady in finance was very nice and efficient. I’m sure we will be back in the future. Thank you for making my son’s first car buying experience pleasurable.

To start off, no idea why they don't have 5 stars. When you walk in, they don't just come swarming towards you like flies. They care about the customer and don't just try forcing you into a vehicle. This dealership went above & beyond expectations. And I mean beyond! We did not really expect them to do much to ensure the car that we wanted was in pristine condition. They inspected my vehicle, fixed any issues, gave it a wash, & even filled the gas tank! If you're looking for a reliable car at a good price, they're the people. I had by far the worst car buying experience at elite. It started off on the right foot but there were a couple of red flags while I was there. First a lady got mad and stated "this place has the worst customer service". The second red flag was a vehicle getting towed in while sitting there. Well sadly I ignored these warnings and still chose to buy a vehicle since they offered me 7 percent on my loan. I took the vehicle and went home. Two weeks later I got a call to come in to sign the final paperwork after I already signed a bunch. They said they could get me 14 percent on a loan or I could give them the vehicle back and they were going to charge $2000. So I decided to purchase the vehicle because I didn't want to be out 2k with no vehicle. Well on top of all that and the promises that if something breaks or goes wrong I'll be taken care of. Well that was farther from the truth they gave me an almost $800 bill and were rude about the whole situation. I took the truck over to brackens and they gave me a bill for $400. Not only will they get you in buying the vehicle but also when you take it back to get it fixed. I would recommend not going to elite and checking out 4 seasons. Much better customer service there. Whatever you do don't go to elite auto credit.

I've been involved in buying 4 different cars from Elite Auto Credit. One for myself and 3 for my kids. Each experience has been excellent and they have been honest and helped us to get the best deal possible. The easiest car buying experiences, ever!

I have been able to get two cars from Elite Auto Credit now and have to say there's a reason I come back! Amazing friendly customer service with genuine people. I'd recommend to anybody trying to find a car to see what Elite can do for you. While I definitely plan on returning in the future👍

These guys are awesome!!! Shyanne and Toa were very pleasant, and patient to work with. Shyanne even watched our two little kids for us while we test drove the cars. They answered all of our questions and helped get us the car that fit our needs. We highly recommend them and Elite Auto Sales!!! David is truly amazing. I have never had this type of a car buying experience where your not pushed your helped and any question you have is answered truthfully. We got a great price on a terrific vehicle and had some issues with our bank because it is not a local bank but he was very helpful in making my bank work with out any issues. I have never said this in a car buying experience but David I do promise Suzette and I will be checking with you and your team on any vehicle purchases moving forward even though we live in salt lake .Thanks again from both of us we will be back and we highly recommend this place for any vehicle purchases even though you might not see it on the lot he has many options available for finding what you need like he did us . My husband and I have been to a lot of dealerships, looking for our perfect car! With in minutes of walking in Elite Auto Credit Kevin was able to get us not a killer deal but also got us just what we were looking for! I highly recommend Elite and if you go there ask for kevin!! He is amazing!!

Me and my fiance have been trying to get a car for a while now and even drove all the way up to northern utah because dealers promised to get us into a car. We had just gone threw bankruptcy and were about to surrender our only car after searching around we found elite auto credit and in 59 minutes with zero down, bad credit, and bankruptcy they got us a car, the test drive done and the application process completed. This is the 11th vehicle we've purchased in about 6.5 years and was by a long ways the absolute best car buying experience we've ever had! No more spending 4-8 hours at a dealership just to be told "no". We will certainly be buying our next vehicle from Shyanne at Elite Auto Credit!

ELITE AUTO IS FAIR, HONEST AND SUPER FLEXIBLE They make car buying fun and easy! They are a great company and completely changed my outlook on buying from a dealer. Great car-buying experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They happily (and at their expense) took the truck to the dealership to verify a few questions. Got a great deal and will absolutely be back again.
