I had a good experience obtaining a loan with Utah Title Loan several years ago but I have to say my second and recent interaction with UTL was even better. Both Kylie and Alex have been really super during the entire process ( I just finished paying off the loan). When I applied for my loan, it was like I was having a conversation with two new friends and by the time we fished talking about life and different things for 15 or 20 minutes, it took me by surprise that Kylie, who had been typing during our conversation, had finished my application and approved my title loan. When I was several days late for a payment, I was scrambling and stressing but when I finally got the payment into them Alex was very easy going, just as friendly as the first day and even waved my late fees.
