Wells Fargo Bank Se Cesar Estrada Chavez Blvd, Portland

I went in to cash a check even though I did not have an account there, they cashed it and did not charge me a $7 fee like US Bank does. They were very positive, uplifting and very respectful. I have been there several times and each time it is a positive atmosphere.

Worst Customer Service I have ever Received at Any Bank in my entire life. The Woman wearing black and yellow was rude and disrespectful and Refused to Identify herself when Asked for her identity so That I could Contact Corporate and Make a complaint against her. Ceaser Chavez and Powell in Portland Oregon Wells Fargo Gives the Worst Customer service in the Entire World.

Not a fan of having to shout my banking information in public. I respect their need for safety and dutifully wear my mask for the pandemic etc but when they repeatedly couldn’t hear, and I said well I don’t want to yell, they literally told me I had to yell cause they couldn’t hear me through the barrier otherwise. Uh, no thanks.

The SLOWEST bunch of people work the teller windows. Heard this location is closing over the summer which doesn't surprise me. most the woman are in lala land. The bankers who work at the desk had been very helpful and kind and didn't seem to waste my time. I'm disappointed this convenient location is closing but like i said not surprised.

Ive been a member for 15 years and i have to roll my own coins? Pretty low of a BANK not to take coins from their members. No wonder people leave for credit unions.

My experience with this branch has been great. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude of the tellers. Dauda, the branch manager was professional, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. Great job- thanks!

I do not write reviews ever, but the quality of service I received has been so poor I had to write a review. Very bad customer service, Mary Ann, one of the tellers, was very disrespectful, threw my Wells Fargo business bag on the counter, as well as my ID. It takes way too long to do a business deposit. Agreed that they need to be trained better. I honestly have no idea why a transaction that should take no longer then 5 minutes, takes 15-20min. Branch over on division and 122nd has my business deposit done in less then 2 min. Every single time I come here it takes 15-20 min!

By far the kindest, most efficient and generally pleasant experience I've had in a bank in a long time. I was really in a pickle and needed a cash advance from a foreign account, the teller (Lana, I think her name was) knew exactly what to do and was so helpful. If you've ever had to do this process yourself in a foreign country, you'll know it's normally like pulling teeth but this was so easy. Thank you so much.

One star so I could tell you this, heartless, needed a temporary debit card so my car wouldn't get towed costing me my car because I don't have the $500 to pay the tow company. Wouldn't stay late, takes less than 10min, nope. They can go F themselves.

One of the staff kept misgendering me, possibly intentionally (she seemed to ignore us even when we corrected her over four times). Obviously they need more training if they value their trans and nonbinary clients.
