Terrible customer service from Daniela. I have 2 businesses and personal accounts with them and she stated I can't move my money from one account to another. Just spoke with my financial planner at wellsfargo and he greatly apologized for her mistake but if this happens again I will take all accounts elsewhere.

Very nice bank. Helped me set up my first account when going to college in Jacksonville. Never got charged a single fee for anything.

Absolute worst branch I've been to. Today my wife had to wait almost an hour while the bank personnel huddled in a corner and whispered back and forth while looking at her like she was a thief. They gave little to no communication to her until she asked what the problem was. The problem was with the person who signed the check...not with us. I had to leave work for over an hour to do the transaction myself. Will never bank with them.
