This place is never open. There’s a sign that says it’s closed until 2:05pm ? It is now 2:30pm and it is still closed. They should close this place down or find new management.

I am so impressed with the level of service and the superior customer service that is provided at this location by the manager, Chelsie. She is very knowledgeable and has always been very helpful. She really cares about her customers and it shows! She is always warm and friendly and maintains her composure no matter how busy it can get! She keeps the line moving quickly due to being so efficient but never rushes anyone and ensures everybody has all questions answered and needs met. She makes customers feel special by remembering names and building rapport with everybody! She goes above and beyond especially when she helped me calm my young son down one day when he was throwing a tantrum. She even took the time to put a little goodie bag together to entertain him while I conducted business which he loved! I am so grateful for her kindness and patience and it meant so much to me! Rarely do you find people who care enough to take the time to do something so thoughtful these days. I refuse to go anywhere else because I trust her to make every visit a good one!

Carline is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to borrowing and paying back the loans efficiently and responsibly. Ever since she's started there the process has been a lot faster with valuable customer service. I met one of the new representatives who I trust will be just as helpful.
