I rarely, I'm talking about rarely write reviews on anyone because I am lazy at doing it but I have to and must for this employee who went above and beyond herself to help me in my time of need. If you need anything done with diligent and determination I advise you to see Vanessa Cortez. The mypay went down when I was doing my application and I really needed help. She told me come back in tomorrow and it will be done, in my mind I'm thinking dang I have to wait another day. Nope, she called one of her co-workers to help out and came in on her DAY OFF and earlier than the opening time to help me. Thank you so much OMNI employees for helping me and my family. BETTY RITTER got me my loan within minutes of me completely my documents. She was friendly and very helpful. I’m so happy and I had her helping me out.

I have been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience...today I needed some fast cash for emergency and MALLORY did a fantastic job with my loan. She called first thing this morning and told me what I needed to do and immediately after I uploaded documents she called me right away and finished it all up by close of business same day...great service !!!!

Betty has to be the best customer service rep i’ve experienced in my entire life. I applied for a loan and drove 6 hour to complete but unknowing to me the website was down... the Manager Howard called corporate and tried everything he could to help but to no avail. Betty sat with me for 2 hours trying to figure it out and even offer me lunch...”awesome” i respectfully declined but she never gave in. Long story short i had to come back; another 6 hours to finish but she went above and beyond staying late to finish the process...i wish i could give her 11 stars for everything she did. She went above and beyond her duty to satisfy the loan and create a lasting impression...#1 in service #1 in personality #1 in customer relations Awesome Job Betty and Thank you soooo much

Great service I’ve been using Omni loans for years and they’ve always helped me out in a tight spot and Betty the GM was really kind and made things really easy for me she got me squared away quick fast and in a hurry really great! I highly recommend Omni when your in a bad spot.
