    Awful customer service! Fist banker made me wait while he hunt-&-pecked out last chapter of WAR AND PEACE...only then to tell me that ATMs are separate from the Branch (hint: Wells Fargo Corporate says they ARE NOT!) This man also wasted my lunch break and then said I would receive a call back...nope, 2 days later & that didn't happen! LIARS. Don't think I'm going to trust the with my $ going forward!

    I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 15 years. I love the bank but unfortunately have had numerous problems with this specific branch. The latest experience was especially annoying. I needed a simple two page document notarized urgently. It was clearly written and easily decipherable as a standalone document. However, it was one of many in a 60 page packet of documents. This two pager was the only document in the packet that required notarization. Unfortunately the IHB branch employee and the branch manager were unable to understand that it was a standalone document. They said it was numbered page 15, so they must see the entire document. I explained that IS the entire document, please read it. Still they refused to notarize it. They didn't take the time to read it or maybe they didn't have common sense to understand that it was a standalone document. I called three other notaries and all of them stated they understood and would be happy to notarize it as a standalone document.

    Not speaking of Wells Fargo as a bank, but specifically this branch. Great service with very friendly employees that make you feel very comfortable. They take time to explain everything to you and are all around very helpful. I've had no problems what so ever and cannot recommend this bank more. ( Side note the app for Wells Fargo is awful, but that doesn't have anything to do with this branch )

    Banking with Wells Fargo.. originally Wachovia customer. Ever since we moved to Wells Fargo from Wachovia the service is unacceptable. I have been working a plan for 3 years to move all of my accounts. I have closed 3 checking accounts, 1 premier checking account, moved a jumbo home mortgage, and cancelled one visa card. I have one signature visa card I am keeping to pay my cell bill each month(this card provides free cell phone insurance). I have one equity line of credit on a rental. Those accounts will go as soon as I can possibly make other arrangements. Whatever can go wrong with a bank has gone wrong. They never had any view of my mortgages or entire portfolio. They sent my statements and personal bank information to other people not even listed on the account. If you have more than one account with them it is far too complicated. They no longer support quicken express. It took them 3 years to tell me that. I wrote a letter to the CEO and the response was a poorly written completely lame response. It was full of excuses and obvious to me they researched nothing.

    The ATM at this location sucks. It never works right and always spits the cash back out saying it can't read it. I just recently used it because it's close to my home, I put my card and then my money in. It spit the money out then began to continuously been and the money return kept opening and shutting, over and over. Then I call customer Service, they were no help, my card is returned and then i realize that the ARM stole 20 dollars.

    Sara had the worst customer service. Was extremely rude and did not help me understand what was going on with my account at all. Leaving very unhappy!!

    I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years. I love this bank. To the people who complain about the fees, there are ways to avoid them. But this review is supposed to be about this branch. The people in this branch are incredible. The customer service here really can't be beat. They are attentive to every one of my needs and my stupid questions

    Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank. I've had the worst experience with the tellers at Wells Fargo bank. Wells Fargo employees pry into your business above and beyond what any bank employees are asked to do. I quit going to Wells Fargo because it's NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS if i have accounts elsewhere. These employees, especially at the Eau Gallie branch need to respect customers privacy and not ask so many intrusive and personal questions. NEVER BANK THEIR AGAIN. WELLS FARGO has been in the News so many times for pinning and upselling on accounts. Just in the news again today for giving crooks 50,000. On Channel 9 News Aug. 30 2016. Where does it end?? Unbelievable!!

    The Indian Harbour branch has absolutely horrible customer service. Took me 20 min to open a brand new account at Indialantic WF. Opened a business account here and took over an hour. Just stopped in to get a safe deposit box and they said it would be an hour wait because the banker was opening a checking account....unreal. They also leave the phone off the hook or turn the ringer off because nobody answers on Saturdays while they are open

    The manager, Holly and business banker Alejandra went above and beyond to help me set up my business account. I hadn't made an appointment and they still accommodated me after hours (45 minutes!) they did everything they could to make it an easy and quick process. Very thankful to them!
