I recently Went down to liberty tax earlier today, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and faces. For my first time doing taxes I felt very comfortable and acknowledged as I didn’t really know to much about the tax situation. Robert was very friendly and awesome!! An not to mention the manager I believe her name was ms grace she was very kind and extremely helpful. Also it was quick and easy , I will definitely be on the way back to liberty tax next year 😃😃

Sam is the kindest and most compassionate person, he not only makes you feel comfortable, but also answers every and any question you have. He is timely in his responses and is on top of your taxes! My experience with Liberty Tax services in Indian Harbour Beach has been a positive, thorough one. The owner , Grace , initially met me outside the business and spoke with me for a number of minutes as I was only inquiring about their services. Grace was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady who worked with me throughout the services was Ashley and she was really nice ! The entire staff were professional and welcoming throughout my visits to the Liberty tax office. I was very pleased with the outcome and I recommend Liberty Tax for all your tax service needs .

Beware!!! After waiting for over a month to get their professional opinion on a potential Tax bill from a real estate sale, they incorrectly told me I owed $9k. So I sent the money to the state. But it didn't seem right, so I dove in and figured out what happened. I had already paid the tax!! Liberty charged me nearly $900 for their “time”. Their work was WRONG!! I owed Zero!!!! Had to straighten out liberys mess up with the state. Request refund from state. Send an amended return in. What a hassle!!! LIBERTY WAS WRONG!!! To the tune of $9k!!! Requested a refund from Liberty of the $900.... never heard back. I will dispute the $900 charge with my credit card company and report them to the state. Licensed professionals are held to a standard. In my opinion these guys should be fined.

I been doing my taxes with Liberty Tax for a few years & this year was the best experience so far. They were very attentive to detail. Again thank you Liberty tax for helping me out!!

Grace was amazing and very professional, answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied! I have filed as a repeat customer and would recommend them to anyone !

Grace has been such an invaluable asset to me. In getting my taxes in order. I can not imagine how I would have done it without her. The staff is most professional and courteous and always seem happy to hear from me.

Sam was absolutely amazing ! He was so positive and outgoing and definitely made me feel welcome ! Definitely going to them next year !

I trust their secure services! I left H&R Block even though I paid a bit more, they check into everything make sure there is no problems!
