Unbelievable management. I walked in to wire some money. Apparently the banker was too busy to help me. With only 3 customers in the bank, I sat in the lobby, waiting for a banker to help me. I sat for 30 minutes with no updates or feedback. Since there were no customers I finally inquired about when someone would help me. The response was they didn’t know how long it would be, even though here were no other customers. It took less than 30 minutes for me to drive to another branch. They so wasted my time, and had the nerve to have a plaque of Henry Wells on the wall with his motto on GREAT customer service. The only reason I’m giving a 3 and not a 1 is because the tellers were very nice and tried to help me. They kept calling to see when.

Service is POOR! Access to inside the branch tellers is totally restricted. Drive thru has one teller working 3 aisles. Wait time no less than 15 minutes. Drive up ATM very often inoperable for deposits. Manager not willing to request more frequent service on that ATM despite this being a heavily populated area!!

Because you never know when tradegy hits your family and even though the circumstances of our family cannot be changed this branch was very helpful. Luke the branch manager worked diligently on my behalf and was able to push my request through, returning all of my annoying calls with reassurance and great professionalism. It’s truly a Blessing. Showing mercy and a act of kindness towards someone in need never goes unmissed. 13 years of loyalty and I will never leave.

I truly love this location in Randallstown as I have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences, they even would give me a lollipop once in a while. My most favorite employee there is the Manager Luke!! Luke is an exceptional Manager, always willing to help and helped me manage my business account for my daycare business and other business over the years. I am not sure about the other bad reviews but I have had a totally opposite experience there and we are dating back to 2012. I can't wait to see this location back to full capacity, brightly lit and looking alive again. Covid has really done us all bad. Luke!! for all the years of awesome service CHEERS, thank you and I appreciate your awesome service towards me over the years. I hope this message gets to your Manager because I also love how you treat your staff of Professionals as I have witnessed over time!! A pure sweetheart and very understanding. Very bad customer service specially drive through I was asking for help to cash my check and she refused because the time was 5pm but I was on the line for 15 minutes. I don't appreciated

I advise you never to take a card with them, with them I have had my worst experience, in a terrible bank if you want a headache grab cards with them and i don't just talk about this all in general
