Ms Martina is the worst dealer ever she worked at king motors 2 years ago and sold my girl a used least car and she lied thru her teeth about how the process work don’t shop here

They are a good crew. You don't spend hours in there they have you in and out when they say they got you they really do. The customer service was exceptional and very processional. Sam and Hank really did have my back. Its so much more i could say. If your looking for a good used car their the best place to go. Great job guys

Worst service. Won’t recommend. There were mashups with the painting in the back of my car when I had purchased it. I was told that it will be fixed. If I knew they were going to steer me wrong, I would’ve never purchased the vehicle. The owner did not want to hear me out. He was pretty much rude and felt like he did not have anything to do with the situation but clearly, he’s the owner and he’s in charge of importing these vehicles into his place of business. He transferred me to whoever when he’s supposed to be the one taking care of this issue. Overall, The service is trash and I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. I am currently still fighting for this to be resolved because it’s quite unfair for me to pay that monthly money and they are not willing to do anything about this. He even referred me to an auto body shop and EXPECT ME to pay out of pocket for a car that I purchased as well as promised to me that this will be resolved by one of his representatives.

I cant say enough good things about this dealer and the experience I had there. Hank was absolutely phenomenal and got me into the exact car I wanted. I had horrible experiences with other dealers. Payless Motors really picked up the pieces. I needed a second chance and they found the lender willing to do it. I couldn't be more happy with the car and loan terms. There is a lot of BS out there and if you have bad credit or things happened outside of your control these guys treat you with respect. They will find you a reliable car that you actually want to drive. Thanks Hank and the wonderful sales women over there and I cant remember her name. I think its stated with an R. Anyways you guys rock !!

The sales staff was good to work with, I was able to get a car. I'm happy with the car but I can't rate it 5 stars until the service dept. stop the service engine light from coming on. The service dept. has been friendly but not sure if they can fix the problem. If they can't it would be nice if the dealer took the car back and gave me something else. I'm taking the car back for service again and keeping my fingers crossed. If they can get me satisfied I will gladly give them 5 stars and more customers.

Wonderful experience, customer service is priority here. My husband and I were skeptical after reading some of the reviews however we are happy we gave them a chance. Greg and Merit were wonderful in doing all that they can to ensure we paid the lowest amount per month. Thank you Payless motors.

Brought a BMW X6 from them and it needed ball joints and they didn't want to fix it this place is the worst never going there again

They can and will only help you if you have good credit or a cosigner ,so if you have credit issues or have just yourself I would suggest to try another dealership I literally say there and watch them turn myself and 2 other people down for credit and no co signer

Its a easy place for people with not so good credit to get a nice vehicle but they will have you literally sitting here for three hours or more. Also dont think you coming in here just paying 500$ down because thats a lie. It's 500 down and 1000$ or more for tags and title. Also the cars here are as is my car had two dents and like three scratches. Its repairable. Other than that they have very nice people working here.

These are good people. I don't need a car right now but when I do I'm going to get it from these guys. Very pleasant customer experience, really professional and about business. About business without making you feel you are being tricked out of the bag. I watched Sam interact and take a few calls and he is a great professional. Great attitude and is for the people in a fair way.

This is the place to go if you’ve had credit issues in the past. They really do work well with a lot of different situations and we’re able to help me completely. Loraina and Hank were great and amazing people. They assisted me with purchasing my new vehicle and the process didn’t take too long at all. Hank was very funny and kept me laughing the entire time. Noticed minor little things with my car but other then that I love it!!

I have researched this establishment for a while and watched it grow into an amazing entity with a few staff changes that were well needed. Nevertheless the team went to bat for me as I wanted a particular vehicle and did everything beyond to make me achieve that goal but also in the process made me feel like I wasn't just a dollar sign. The vehicle selection is awesome. I suggest anyone looking for a good car within reason to check them out. Its very rare to be able to rate a company with 5 full stars. Pay-less Motor Cars deserves every star in this review. From the second I walked through the door, to the minute I left, I was treated as a valued customer. You don't sense the typical "just looking for the next sale" vibe here. The interaction is very personal. Mr Sam was such a huge help with all of my needs and wants. With the assistance of Mr. Hank and Ashley, I left feeling valued and all around pleased with my vehicle and sale. Mr. Sam was very eager to get me in a car. They keep it real. That is what I was told. They are a small used car lot. Very nice employees. Very honest and customer oriented. Not sure how good their cars are.
