Terrible customer service. We made an appointment to establish a new account, were kept waiting a half hour past the appointment time. Then discovered that their so called relationship banker did not know how to set up an account the way we need it done. This would have been far less annoying, if M&T had any way this could have been discussed initially by phone. They appear to have no sense of whether they are wasting a customer's time.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I went to the bank to cash my check because my employers account is through them. Once I found out how much Would be taken out of my check to cover the fees I respectfully declined and asked to have my check back to cash somewhere else. I took my check elsewhere to cash it only to realize that the teller at M&T dated my check a two months behind for 12/2/19 mind you it’s 02/14/2020. I am now unable to cash my check at any other location due to this horrible unnecessary mistake and I now have to wait five days to get a new check through my employer. This is a mistake that should never be made at a bank!!!

Highly recommended for small businesses. Brandon Baccote, is the manager here. He provides excellent customer service and always looks out for small business owners like us, never an issue. Good business, very much satisfied !

Come here all the time because it's close to work. This is by far the slowest bank. Drive thru is usually 10 mins or more and the inside isn't any better. Hire more employees!

Need more tellers on the weekend. This location is is very busy on the weekend so additional staff would be appreciated.

Be careful using the atm by main entrance tried to make a cash deposit 1/15/2022.My last try only received a receipt with technical difficulties with customer service number and branch closed Monday (thanks). And deposit door making weird sounds make sure to use during banks hours to be on the safe side to resolve your issue.

It's my main point of finance for 20 years.

The worst! All days, all times. The tellers move like frozen molasses. I'm here at least 4 times a week and the business line is all buddies of the tellers chatting for 20 mins while business clients stack up. Ridiculous!
