The Randallstown Branch Manager Ms. Paul was the consummate professional and did everything that she said she would do. I have been dealing with One Main for many years and this was by far my best experience. You can definitely see/hear the difference with this new team of representatives. Thank you for making the much needed changes to your organization.

I had a great experience with David today. I called 1st with questions before applying for a personal loan. He patiently answered all of them. I then applied online (through my Credit Karma Pre-approval recommendation, which I think makes a difference). I was approved at this location. I submitted copies of my DL and check stub for address/ income verification, spoke to David briefly about the purpose of the loan, but it wasn’t a deep-dive of an inquiry though. I actually got a good interest rate under 14% (with credit score over 700 though). Each time I called, the phone was answered courteously & professionally by David or this nice young woman. David made the process comfortable and easy. From application to receiving the funds in my account took less than 8 hours. It’s nothing like great customer service!!!

OneMain helped me out in so many ways during this epidemic and I am so grateful they have been with me for years and many more years to come. OneMain is there for me no matter the circumstances and they work with you when you are running behind. Always the best customer service along with great personalities coming from the staff.

My experience was easy and quick. The professional, April Johnson, was very helpful and kind. Made taking a loan out very simple.

The Representative was very friendly and personable. However the interest rate was high 31% and I did not like the fact that the loan representative put credit insurance on my application application without my permission and tried to slid that fact by real quick on the computer screen perhaps he thought I would not notice it. I made him take it off the application. I will pay this loan off early!

The associate was very professional. The atmosphere was pleasant. They took into consideration what it would take to assist me properly and made it happen. Everything is within my budget so I do not anticipate ever having a problem with repayment. All around quick and great experience.

I came in as requested by an associate to co-sign a loan, to help her to open up her business, I was told politely that the loan had been denied..so in the process I was treated very kind and professional..I then agree to open an account so that I could help the associate see her dream come true..although the computer system shut down completely during the process, the representatives fought to bring the system back up again. My experience was very welcoming and above and beyond my expectations. Although going above and beyond to help the associate with her dream., it hasn't been the best of a choice with that person that I've desperately tried to help, unless you get a signed contract during the process..decline to do so..just my advise!!! I

Very caring and respectful. My loan officer was an angel . Made me feel valued and cared for in my most vulnerable time if need . I did not feel judged . I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your borrowing needs . You’re treated like a person.

If I could give no stars I would. My rep was nice enough but their process was absolutely horrible. And end the end after getting approval they said they would not work with me because my pay stub came into them blurry.
