I was looking for an inexpensive TV that was still nice when I moved to my new place. I got a great deal and the people were very helpful and friendly.

I play music as a hobby, and wanted to pick up a keyboard to noodle around with at home. I was not looking to pay the price for a brand new one and didn’t want to go Craigslist route, so I searched for pawnshops. I came across Northwestern Loan -- Reasonable selection, fair prices, and the staff easy to deal with. Also had a nice guitar selection. I paid a fair price for a keyboard that plays well.

Very professional and great service. My bikes were brand new and in fabulous service. Great deal for the money!!! I will definitely be back. Mr. Rick was awesome!!!

After a few phone calls discussing the price of a used saw, I drove for over an hour to pick it up. The item was not as described (it was described as in very good shape and much less used than appeared in the pictures). Worst of all, I had the intend to buy some more stuff, but the lack of interest by the guy behind the counter, the way he talked, engaged (lack thereof), his attitude and most of all: the complete dump this place is (literally, it looked like a garbage dump), made me decide to leave within minutes. My decision to leave quickly was helped by the fact that I didn't want to leave my car alone in this neighborhood for too long, afraid it would be broken in to or worse. Stay away from this place at all cost!

If you wanna get cheated out of your money this is the perfect place to go. The man wanted to give me $50 for a $250 pair of Bose speakers still brand new in the box.

If you're looking for firearms don't here just don't you're not allowed to see anything until you provided some sort of currency so therefore you don't get to see what you're buying. hands you a piece of paper and goes here you go

We had the most pleasant experience for our first time in a Pawn Shop. Rick the owner was so patient with us as we were deciding on 2 items. He was honest and gave us a good few laughs while we were there. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

The owner, Rick, was wonderful to work with on a unique piece of vintage jewelry I found. He was pleasant, funny and patient. Great customer service, I highly recommend this shop for any of your pawn related needs!

We just bought 2 bikes and a flat screen TV there - got great deals and wonderful customer service. I great place to spend some time and get good deals. Never been to a pawnshop before and this was FUN!!!

It amazes me how poor the owner treats customers ready to spend a few hundred dollars. Smart ass snarky comments, got offended when I asked best price on something he had for 8 months. This was just making a simple purchase, I cant imagine what crap he pulls if you get a loan with him. No wonder why he needs a doorman.
