Apparently, there was an overhaul of new staff members because of the negative reviews and the issues stemming from them. Also apparently, it worked. Cris worked with me and was extremely patient and friendly. The entire staff that I met seemed very happy to be working there, and it showed in how they conducted themselves during work. Very positive atmosphere and the individuals that successfully helped me were very knowledgeable. Thanks everyone!

By far the worst branch! Since COVID, they had the nerve to close their doors to the public and only offer drive through service. Although, every other bank in the area has opened their doors to the public for months now. Sickening! Always busy and they have the nerve to have one teller handle all 3 lines some days. You have to schedule and appointment to meet with a banker. And they always act like they don’t want to be bothered when approaching them. Considering moving on to another bank. Disgraceful!

I recently decided to switch banks due to moving across the country and I decided to go to Wells Fargo. I walked in and tried to open an account and the woman mentioned that I needed an appointment or that I could go online or call. I did just that, I went online and waited for my information in the mail. I received that yesterday and went into this branch today to deposit money. I was helped by a woman named Diana and I in quote simply said “hi there, I’m a new customer and I need to deposit money. I’m not exactly sure what I have to do, but I have my card.” She said “I’m sorry what? You’re kind of scaring me here with what you’re asking.” I then said “I have $4000 to deposit and I don’t feel comfortable going through the drive through” and with this being my first deposit I just needed some assistance because some banks do things differently. After I told her that she was no longer reluctant and “scared” and gladly helped me. I am coming from an amazing bank that unfortunately is only local so I thought I would receive the same hospitality here. I am utterly shocked I was treated this way. I am confident I will never return to this branch and I hope this was just a bad experience with a rude teller.

I decided to open an account here regardless of the 2.5 rating I saw. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake on my part. I went to fund the account, that was a project. The teller had no people skills. Said the address was not the same as my license. Not sure how that happened, told me I had to make an appointment to see a CSR. Not sure why, being I was already there. On my way out I asked the CSR who was sitting at her desk, with no one else if she could help me, and I have to say that she did. Was very nice, my only nice experience there. She said I would get my checkbook in the mail and it’s been 4 weeks and I’m still waiting. Said I will get a pin for online banking still waiting for that also. I called the branch today and spoke to Joe. Explained my situation, and told me I had to make an appointment to come in. WHY???? So, I said the only I can come in is on Saturday. He said we are already booked. No effort to accommodate me. So I will go this Saturday, withdraw my money and close the account. Which he said I would have to call to close it, by phone. Go figure. Very disappointed. Thank God for banks like Chase and Capital One that are big on customer service. Customer service goes a long way! Lastly, the branch appearance the day I went was horrible. Branch was dirty. Remember presentation is everything along with customer service.

Had to open a new account that was closer to home. Read the many negative reviews about this branch of Wells Fargo and my first experience was actually quite fantastic. I was greeted with a smile, treated very courteously and in a friendly manner by everyone I spoke with. Due to technical issues I was there longer than expected but the staff remained consistent throughout to make sure I was taken care of while opening my account. Have patience and understanding everyone. Not everything in life is instant gratification, including banking.

Been with Wells Fargo since I was 18 years old. 10 YEARS!! I've been recently having an issue with depositing my checks I receive every 2 weeks. They put another 10 day hold till my funds are available. How is someone supposed to pay their bills and save for a wedding when there is a constant hold on their money? And then I question it and it is always the same excuse, that they are waiting for the funds to transfer from the other bank? It is always a payroll check so how is it there is always an issue?

I went to this branch today for a planned appointment I made on 7/06/21 with a teller. She was very nice and very helpful since I had trouble making it online and through a phone call. I showed up to the appointment today, and was told I didn’t have an appointment. Which is very upsetting since I know I made an appointment. The manager which I do not know of her name was very nasty and does not deserve her position. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She continued to say I can’t wave my magic wand for you and told us they were very busy and do you see how busy we are. My mother came with me and explained we made this appointment at 3 since today is the only available day for us and she worked over night. As we were leaving she said to us “I hope you get some sleep” since my mom worked over night very nasty. She said she hopes me and my mom get talked to the way we talked to her. I did not say a word to her except when she asked when and with who I made the appointment with. We told her we are taking my money out of this bank and she said okay and did not have a care in the world. She is a horrible manager and seems like everyone else in the comments have many complaints about this branch. She never apologized once.

Very poor service. Called and ordered money weeks ago and called this morning to check on it because they never called back and they said they tried calling me last week (never got a voicemail). I have been trying to get cash out for weeks and they always give me the runaround and this morning the lady told me it sounds fishy because i was getting cash out. Been banking with wells fargo for many years and have gave them a ton of business. The lady this morning acted like i was a criminal. Needless to say i got a certified check from them this afternoon to take to my other bank and i will shortly be moving all my money away from this bank. Also i will be calling corporate to discuss their unprofessional behaivor towards me.

Worst branch in Pennsylvania. Opening an account takes forever. When I went there the floor was dirty.

Entered this branch office at 3:08 p.m.. Deposited a personal check and made a withdrawal in excess of $2,500. Was greeted by 3 employees in a professional and pleasant manner and was thanked by the teller that assisted me. I was out the door by 3:13 p.m.. The only issue I have with Wells Fargo in general is the service fee they charge for using a non Wells Fargo ATM. This often leads to charges on both sides of the transaction...
