I recently sold a vehicle as a private sale and needed to transfer the title when it was convenient for the buyer after working hours. Shirley Katz's Office was not only open until 7pm on week nights at all three of their locations, but the service was above and beyond. The agent was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing much needed motor vehicle services for the Pocono community.

Shirley Katz has been so great and helpful! Bridgette helped with me get my car insurance about 3 years ago and no matter what problem I have, she knows exactly what to do. I get everything done through them: insurance, registration, etc. All the ladies who work there are super friendly. Quick customer service but they make you feel like a valued customer! Everyone I've met at the brodheadsville branch has been extremely understand and patient with me. There's nowhere I would rather go not just for the customer experience, but because I have a lot of questions. Getting an in depth answer the first time I ask means a lot to me, there are a lot of things I don't know and they understand that 24 pages of policies don't always get absorbed on the first glance.

Poor customer service experience, unpleasant and unwelcoming faces. These women here need to keep their attitude at home. Tense atmosphere. Took forever to get service. The workers all look miserable and annoyed throughout my time there . If I can give this a Zero rating, I would. For all you potential customers reading this, take your business elsewhere. A&S Katz is way over rated and one of the highest priced notary around.There are better places with lower prices, friendly and more courteous service in the area.

Had a very positive experience there this afternoon when I realized the car dealership I leased my vehicle from had never taken care of the registration. The representative was courteous and had me on my way with a 2-year registration within 15 minutes so that I could get the car inspected. Much appreciated.

All of the ladies at the Brodheadsville office have been OVER THE TOP helpful with every single transaction I've ever had there. From simple title transfers of vehicles and trailers to answering every question I've had about antique registration and insurance. While I was working on getting my license re-instated they even proof read my docs before faxing them to let me know I was a number short on my drivers license number, an error that surely would've cost me several weeks of mail correspondence back and forth with Penn-Dot. So I thank you guys for all you've done and all the help I'm sure you'll give me in the future!

My 1st visit the lady was very friendly.today, i had to go back for notary work on a form for a handicap placard because of change of address.this notary was not nice nor friendly.she acted like i was harassing her.her cold tone and looks was puzzeling.a person expect to be treated with respect ,not like a nuisance.the 4 star for the first visit in the office

She spent over an hour going through the details of my policy and explaining what changes needed to be made. I don’t understand all the low reviews... this is a quick, one stop shop for all vehicle issues. I’ve personally used them to register at least 8 cars over the past 10 years. Have I been turned away because I didn’t have the proper documentation, absolutely, but that wasn’t their fault it was mine. And as far as personalities and kindness, ummmm has anyone ever been to the DMV?! You’re not entering your friends living room and being offered coffee and cookies, you’re entering a business... come prepared and you’re in and out! There’s also this handy little thing called GOOGLE.... stop bothering these ladies with the same 20 questions they get asked everyday and then complaining how they answer you! Thanks to the girls there! I don’t have anything bad to say except the prices suck! But in all actuality I don’t mind paying extra for the convenience!

Great and professional service! My agent Bridgette is the best! But all the ladies at the Brodheadsville office are always positive, upbeat, and engaging. I recommend everyone to them that needs anything for their insurance or motor vehicle needs.

Staff all lack customer service skills. They are Programmed like machines to process paperwork and take your $$. They are not friendly at all and have no personality. The Lady who runs this Brodheadsville facility(same person who does the insurance) is obnoxious. Thinks she’s a smart a$$. Dealt with her 2-3 times before and never had a pleasant experience. Simple question about transferring a vehicle to family member she was nasty about. Always a sarcastic remark and that annoying smirk at the end! Seems to be her trademark. Bottom line. I will not go back to Katz in Brodheadsville for any vehicle related service and do not recommend them primarily because of their high prices and poor customer service. Go elsewhere. Any of the other notaries/tag places in the area so to speak is better than this hole in the wall place.
