I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since 1995, and it was another name. I’ve never experienced any problems and both my parents were with them also, and they never had any problems that I can remember either, so that’s why I chose to bank with them. Also my brother and sister are with them too.✅

Came on a Monday morning to deposit a check and waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. I thought the point of a drive thru was quick service? It seems like they only had one teller for all 3 drive thru lanes. Cars were stacked up and the entire process was extremely inefficient. Beware the drive thru at this location! If you have to do your banking here, go inside.

I wish I could rate this bank zero stars the customer service is horrible. You have to fight tooth and nail to even speak to a real person. Then they pretty much just tell you off when you do get in touch with them.

So my went today to get a roll of quarters at the Myrtle Grove location, refused to give it to her said that were having a coin shortage but if she was a business it would not be a problem. I went down the road to another bank no issue getting a stupid roll of quarters. Been with Wells Fargo for a long time but this week will be switching to the bank that gave me what we needed. Wells Fargo has become a big joke.

This is a great place to come and just hang out for an hour, considering there is never enough staff available to complete simple tasks. Staff is condescending; Implicatively uninterested in helping any one person in any sort of organized or timely fashion. -Coming from a manager of multiple service businesses. This place needs improvement!! Major thumbs down.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 5 years. I rarely have any issues with them and I was very satisfied with my experience up to this point. I have 2 accounts, a checking and a savings. The savings has over a grand while the checking is for bills. On Monday a bill was paid early since my car finance company was under new management. I was unaware of the charge and used my card Monday through Wednesday until Thursday when I checked my account to prepare for the up coming bill. I was SHOCKED when I saw my checking account was now -500.00! I spent 250.00 (coffee 3 times and bought 4 various gifts for Christmas for my Family and Fiance) However there were 250.00 in OVERDRAFT FEES ALONE! Well I can forget having Christmas with my Family. I checked the mail, email and voicemail. Wells Fargo had made NO ATTEMPT to contact me. Not even to check if they were FRAUDULENT charges. Thanks for ruining Christmas Wells Fargo, I'll be changing banks on Monday.

I'll be closing my account because this specific bank is *SO* terrible. I actually can't wait to do it and go to BB&T. I live on the island and dread this horror show. The teller lines are endless, ALWAYS. It takes me having to call on my girlfriends phone (local 910 number) to get to talk to anyone, ever, which worked ONCE in the 8 months I've lived here. Wells Fargo, you shall hold my money hostage no longer. Bank Manager / Owner, you should take a good, long, hard look at these reviews recently, you have a problem. My inability to deal with my money same day cost you my business. Cheers.

Worst WF branch ever. No customer service skills everyone at this location is rude they act like they dont want to work there. Really considering closing account and going with another bank. Wells Fargo needs to do something about this location.
