Corning Credit Union - North Carolina Regional Office Federal Park Dr, Wilmington

This CU helped my ex husband commit theft by allowing him to deposit a joint IRS check that was in both of our names, without my signature in person or my signature at all, and they just let him deposit it into an account I had zero access to. They broke a federal regulation and refuse to investigate even though I have proof, until I pay to hire a lawyer and start a civil case for a check I had as much right to as he did. They took my rights away to my own money, and let him steal it from me. It’s criminal and wrong!

I just wanted to say that everyone at this bank location is wonderful! But I wanted to give a shout out to Neil!!! I sent my best friend into the bank to deposit my paycheck since I am disabled. I can sometimes come in but on my bad days I just can’t walk from the pain. I was getting a little cash back and forgot that was going to need me. I want you to know he walked out to check my license to verify me as the account holder! My heart was so touched by this that I will never forget his kindness. The world today is so disconnected and he proves that people do still look at for each other. Neil if you see this thank you from the bottom of my heart for being you!

I have really enjoyed banking with this company until we started dealing with their overdraft policy. We have 2 separate accounts with this bank and put in a lot of money every month. Our last bank gave you 24 hours to correct the overdraft and I believe that’s how every bank should be especially if you have a personal and a business account with them and always correct any issues we have. They don’t even give you a chance to fix the overdraft before they are charging fees. We are all human and some people are just too busy to remember everything and make mistakes. This bank is wonderful except for that one

I absolutely love this bank! The customer service is amazing, it's the closest thing to a home town bank feel that I have found comparing to how banks used to be years ago. The employees know you by name and are so friendly and helpful. I also love how the credit union doesn't have all of the fees attached that traditional banks do.
