My boyfriend and I went there to look at rings, everyone was super nice and very helpful. We had looked at other pawn stores in Wilmington but no one was as nice and respectful as the employees here. Thank you! I love my ring!

Shop was organized and clean. Evelyn was so helpful and patient, allowing me to look at items without feeling rushed. Great prices and nice selection. One of the few pawn shops that still have a selection of cameras lenses. Thank you Evelyn - and remember you're totally a b.a. woman!!

I have bought rings, amps and guitars over the last few years. My most recent purchase on 2-9-2019 was two guitars and an amp. I have never had a bad experience. Friendly not pushy staff.

Only pawn shop I will go too. Always nice, quick and answers any questions you may have. Works with you when buying, selling or just getting a loan. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to go see. Everyone should check it out. Promise you can't go wrong.

Clean store, super nice people. Also best place in town to do FFL transfers (reasonable price, no hassles, no attitudes).

I'm writing this review separately because I can't figure out how to add to previous post. First off we absolutely DID take in our deceased Uncle's 24k gold men's chain necklace. We were late on our mortgage and needed to borrow some money for a very short period of time, it is or WAS a very sentimental piece of jewelery to us esp my husband&his mother as it was her brother and my husband's Uncle who was extremely beloved. If not for the dire situation we were in at the time we would have EVER pawned/borrowed on it. That being said we absolutely did NOT get back the same necklace that we brought in. What we got back was a metal necklace. Not 24k gold. Not at ALL! We used a magnet on it and it pulled this piece of garbage across the table to the magnet as u fully well know a 24k gold necklace would never EVER attach to a magnet. I'm so sorry this may hurt your business but it's the absolute truth. I did speak to a manager who basically blew me off. My mother in law who's name the ticket may have been in I don't recall was beside herself losing it in such a shady and horrible way. We trusted this store and thought they were professionals but we were clearly mistaken. This absolutely did happen at this store. I don't know how much more clear I can be on this matter and I'll remove my bad reviews as soon as this is made right! We can and will prove this happened to us and pawners beware Thank you

The people here are very friendly and very helpful I have fun things here for several years and I have also bought several things and they will work with you on prices and they will work with you on helping getting things just like today I have. 3DS but are seasonal and I paid a really good price for so they are great and the lady that works here she is very friendly and the two guys that works here they were very helpful and always have a smile on their face you should come out and visit with them

ABSOLUTELY THIEVES!!! Went there to pawn/borrow money on a 24K gold necklace that held sentimental value. Truly sickened to even have to do it but mortgage was due and we had to do it! Went back and picked up the necklace 2 months later, unfortunately my husband did not inspect it at the time of pick up. When I saw the necklace a little while later, after it was back home for a week or so I realized it was NOT the same necklace that we had brought in! They gave us back a piece of CRAP METAL BUBBLEGUM MACHINE NECKLACE!They stole my husbands sentimental memory necklace from us and when we asked them about it of course denied it!!! Does NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, BUT WON'T LET ME POST WITHOUT IT!!! THIEVING PIECES OF GARBAGE OWN/WORK AT THIS PAWN SHOP BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stop in every so often looking for deals on tools and DVDs... very friendly staff...
