Wells Fargo Bank Broadview Ave, Warrenton

I had an account with Wells Fargo since 2001. Recently I became separated and needed my own account. I called and was told no appointment was necessary. I took off from work, and when I got to the Branch a younger woman met me and asked if I had an appointment. I explained I had called and she said something to the effect that her branch wouldn’t have given that advice and that they were booked all morning. I probably could have lived with that but it was the “have a nice day” and the condescending and dismissive tone. I went to United in Front Royal. Cassie set me up multiple accounts and has provided excellent customer service.

I LOVE them been with them since 2006! Always friendly, the way to save is a great way to save money, and most importantly i don't get charged for stuff i don't know i am being charged for! When someone hacked and stole money from us they were quick to give it back. I always recommend this bank!

I went into the branch to deposit four checks to the principle of a loan. I told the teller they were for the principle and not loan payment. Well nope they used half of it to make the loan payment. I called the branch to get it straightened out. And of course the branch can’t help me. Because they say their lines are not secure and could not verify my account. Then they were too busy to help me. And sent me to the service line which put me on hold for over 15 mins.

I received a time-sensitive phone call from my insurance company while I was at the front desk - the banker (a young, handsome Hispanic man, though I cannot remember his name) began to explain to me what I needed to do, as this was my first time requesting a cashier's check. I warned him that I was going to receive a very important phone call, so he proceeded to write down all of the information I needed to provide. He was extremely patient with me while I rudely took the call and he even alerted me that there would be a $10 fee, without verbally interacting with me. Kudos to this awesome gentleman - I'll post his name the moment I find my check receipt.

Urzalla razmowar was very rude and unprofessional ... I was taken back by the way I was treated and I cannot believe wells Fargo would hire someone like this to represent there company I never right reviews but I had to comment on this one she was really trying to get a rise out of me but i just quietly walked out .... all I can say is wow
