I tried to open a bussiness account with suntrust. It all went very smoothly the first day. They then lost my original deposit, and threatened to close my account. (what?). and then they ask me to come into a local branch to deposit cash. then as i'm waiting on hold, they hang up on me. i call back, and only get voicemail. Stay away from these criminal bankers. Suntrust is as incompetent as it comes. Suntrust can't even make it easy for new customers. They did everything in their power to show me how bad they are at their jobs. Glad i found this out early, so i can take my business elsewhere and i only lost a few days worth of time.

The 2 individuals working the drive thru dont pay attention to detail or listen to their customers. Im now at the point where I right on a sticky note what I want done with my $.

Every time I come to this branch, I have had a positive experience. The Tellers are friendly, willing to help and direct you to someone else if they are unable to assist you. I appreciate that they are willing to work together as a team to give good customer service.

I have banked here at this branch for 2 years. Everytime I have went there, the Suntrust banking team has always greeted me, treated me with respect, have met by banking needs, and even when I bring my dog through the drive thru- she gets a treat! Thank you Suntrust Bank in Warrenton for being professional, friendly, trusting and a great partner in my family's finances.

I have to say the People and service at Sun Trust in Warrenton are great . It makes my day when I get to come in and see the smiling faces of Julie and Kiersten. As long as you have the proper identification you will have no problem in getting what you need, Unlike Mr Sean P who could not understand how he could not get anything done, To be honest Julie handled the situation a whole lot better then I would have. He was very rude and could not understand that she could not cash his check.Why does the people not understand that when you work for a company you have to follow there rules. But if he had a "horrible EXPERIENCE" as he put it, he created the horrible experience. So Julie, Kiersten,and Darlene keep up the good work..A very satisfied Customer..

Out of everyone I’ve banked with I am proud to say that the Suntrust Team in Warrenton has the friendliest staff and has made every transaction a breeze! I have not once had a bad experience and am always greeted with smiles, friendly conversation and excellent customer service! Thank you Kiersten, Arwa, Julie, Darlene, Raul, Will, and the rest of the Suntrust Team for what you do! I recommend this branch to anyone in the Fauquier and Culpeper area!

I love this place! The tellers are always super friendly, they helped me set up a checking account no sweat last fall, they helped me apply for a credit card and when it got rejected due to a lack of credit history they walked me through how to get a secured card to build some! They have the best customer service, if I need to dispute a claim in my checking history they're always so helpful and sweet. I am so glad I started coming here!!

The ladies that work here are very friendly and professional. They are very courteous when trying to help you out with any questions or concerns that you may have. All the ladies at this branch are great, especially Darlene. She always has a smile on her face and works well with every customer.

Terrible service. Pulled up to drive through to deposit a single check. No greet from rep for several minutes although first in line she said she was doing a long transition but never came back to window. Sat there for 18 minutes and finally I left with no service from the female, dark hair teller. Very unprofessional and makes me want to move my money to a better bank. Lousy service for sure. Very disappointing Suntrust

Wow! What a nice place to bank! The teller has been so kind to me each and every time I come there and the gentleman in the office helping with loans is just as wonderful! So glad to bank with such great people!
