    I recently had to make changes to a Wells Fargo account. It was a bit more complicated than updating a typical account, but Alexis Anderson at this branch was phenomenal regardless. He took ownership of the process, communicated sufficiently, and saw the entire thing through. I unfortunately can't say the same for other branches in the area. Either way, Alexis is a true professional and I recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

    This Wells Fargo branch sucks the big one I've gone there several times on Saturdays and other days and the ATM is down completely and they're not even open on Saturdays. They should just close down
