Karen was wonderful. She really came through for me. She was able to get a wire transfer directly to my bank account in a time of emergency. She literally called me and walked me through the process at my bank. I highly recommend this company. My lawyer recommended them and described them as an ethical lender and I have to agree.

My objective in working with Covered Bridge Capital (CBC) was to strengthen the budget I had for the last stage of litigation. I found CBC through a Google search, and I contacted them through their website. The first distinguishing aspect was CBC's quick and coherent reply. Robyn called me to learn more about my litigation, and she was informative about CBC's approach and the documents needed to move to underwriting. The day after I provided the requested case information, Dean Lipson called me. Although my case didn't fit CBC's typical profile, Dean was engaged and detailed in his questions. He quickly grasped my case, its merits, and committed to me that he would review the documents in detail and provide a prompt decision. This included Dean's outreach to my attorney. Dean's questions and demonstrated legal knowledge gave my attorney confidence that CBC's approach was fair and professional. Dean called me with his initial assessment and view that CBC would likely commit to funding, but he wanted to take additional due diligence by including an outside attorney with more experience in my litigation type. Dean was forthcoming in explaining his objective in getting a third party to weigh in on my case's merits and likelihood of winning on the damage claim. This occurred over a weekend. A few days later, Dean updated me on the full underwriting assessment, and he followed up with a preliminary proposal that was detailed in the funding amount and costs. My case had a few technical aspects that required Dean to modify the funding agreement. He was flexible and willing to make the needed adjustments. Once finalized, the money was wired to my attorney's retainer account promptly. I had two other funding firms that were interested in providing me with funding, but CBC's terms, process, and follow-through shone above these others. And CBC's committed funding amount fit within my attorney's updated trial budget. When I began my search, I learned much about lawsuit funding. There are many negative commentaries, but CBC proves the side of the business committed to serving an important purpose with fair terms. Most important to me, Dean did not take a cookie-cutter approach but had genuine interest not only in me but in my case's success. It's been a true privilege working with Dean and Robyn at CBC.

Absolutely the most amazing place to go for a loan people will say the rates are high but honestly they are not they can be if you wait 3 or 4 years to repay But think about it if you loaned some one money and you had to wait 3 or 4 years you would deserve to be paid also. I had the privilege of working with Fabio and his assistant Karen. I definitely recommend Covered Bridge Capital if you come into hard times and really can't wait for your settlement. Fabio is very professional. He had no problem answering all my questions and letting me know the process in detail. Now Karen is sweet as can be.
