Unprofessional service and rude staff. I regret the day I started business with this company. I had to beg them them for over a week for final numbers and wiring instructions only to get the day before closing. Michele brown is rude for no reason. She just wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. I would give this company 0 stars. They don’t answer the phone and barely respond to emails. I wired 34,000 on Thursday and it’s now Monday and I have yet to receive confirmation. I’m sorry but with that type of money I need you to respond.

My husband left work 2 hours early for our closing set at 7p at our house. The first communication we had from the notary for this closing company was at 720p telling us she would be there in 10 or 15 mins. After arriving over 30 mins late, she walks into my house with a vape pen in her mouth vaping as she walks through my living room. She puts it up before I had a chance to say anything. Guess I was in shock of what I was actually seeing. Then we sit down to sign, she gives us our copy. As she is trying to get my husband to sign I stop him because the names on the paperwork weren't even ours. She tried to convince me those were the lenders names. Once I showed her that it said borrowers names she admitted she had printed the wrong paperwork. She then tells me she has to drive to town and reprint the correct ones. This is about a 45 min round trip. I tell her no we will just reschedule. She tells me we can't because it has to be closed by today. When I explained to her that it would be very late when she got back and that we had not even had dinner yet she told us we could just eat dinner while she was gone. She leaves to reprint the paperwork and calls me about 25 mins later to inform me the library she went to was closed so we would unfortunately have to reschedule. When I questioned her earlier statement that it had to be closed today, she said it was because she didn't want to have to change the date and reprint everything. Needless to say I will be making a phone call tomorrow to my loan officer insisting we use a different closing agency. Wish I had looked at some of these reviews before tonight. I definitely would not have used them. Very, very unprofessional.

If I could rate this company as a zero I would. I have refinanced my home 2 other times before recently and they made this EXTREMELY painful. There was no communication, no call backs, no set appointments NOTHING. I was "supposed" to have a notary come to my house twice, while getting told the very last second, if not past the appointment the notary was not coming. They do not communicate with their notaries at all, or send paperwork as promised. I would never use this company again. I paid an outrageous amount of money to use them to "help close" when my loan processor and I did all the work. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the lack of communication and professionalism with this company. I am truly disappointed for how much time, money and effort I put into this company when I was doing most of the work myself.

The personnel here are rude to customers during closing. Once they take your money you will never hear from them again if you need help. They do not respond to emails. Having been in real estate for years and working with multiple title companies, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not trust this company! NO communication, I am still waiting 11 days after my refinance to receive the funds due to me!! Completely unacceptable. They also missed releases in the title exam.

My name is Kalika Pershad. I have had a very bad and unprofessional experience dealing with this company. My mortgage company is New Rez LLc whose sister concern is this title company. I had applied for and approved for a refinance by New Rez in July 2021 and Avenue 365 Title Company had handled my title process. The property was in the name of my daughter before this refinancing, and transferred to my name after this refinancing. This company has handled the transfer deed and charged me all the required fees. But till today, i.e. March 30th, 2022, the transfer of the property has not been recorded with the state. The property is still not in my name. And my daughter is unnecessarily getting the bills in her name and She cannot buy a new property in her name without my property being taken off her name. I have tried to contact via e-mail and phone innumerable times, and still they are not responding. They always say that the seniors are on the job and it will be done soon. I have tried to contact the New Rez company also about this. They are forwarding my emails to Avenue 365 asking them to settle this issue ASAP. But no action has been taken yet. I don't know what to do. I contacted the State and they say that the transfer deed has not been recorded with them. I will keep trying to contact the mortgage company and Avenue 365 and if things don't change soon, I will have to hire an attorney to handle this case. I personally don't want to take that route, but have to if they don't act. I JUST CALLED THE COMPANY ON 04/08/2022 AND THEY HAVE SENT ME THE RECORDED DEED WITH THE STATE. HENCE THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF TO MY SATISFACTION. THANKS ALL.

Never recorded deed on two properties. Will not return calls. do not use this company if at all possible.

This company was supposed to handle the closing for the people buying our house. I can't officially prove this but I'm pretty sure they sabotaged our house sale. From the beginning, they botched the paperwork 3 times, sent us pages of forms that didn't pertain to us, had no idea how to handle a closing where the sellers were in another country. After trying to explain that we didn't live under a rock on a deserted island, they then demanded we return the sales contract express international that would have cost $400, but refused to pay for that. I then offered to ship it back priority express USPS mail for $24 with and they refused to pay for that too. Entirely too involved with us as the seller and intrusive. Cost us time and money getting paperwork notarized and mailed just to say 9 days before closing that some unexpected, last minute, issue had happened and the buyers no longer qualified. It was more like they took offense to the sellers irritation with how hard they made this process. So, since the whole thing smells rotten from 7000 miles away, I'm going to lay the blame here.

This is the worse company in America!!!! Please do not use!!!
