    WORST BANK EVER! Drove across town to get to a drive through, as the one closest to me is never open, even when the hours say it is- S Nevada. Got to this location and its drive through is also closed. How inconvenient. Apparently Wells no longer owns it and doesn't care about its customers enough to remedy the lacking drive through situations for its customers. I was told by the supposed manager Ashley, that it didn't cost me anything. Apparently she only find value in dollars, not service, and definitely not convenience. This branch did pick up the phone after about 5 calls which is better than not at all, like the S. Nevada branch.

    I don't have a problem with this particular branch, just Wells Fargo in general. Y'all are the worst with your ridiculous fees and your joke of a savings account lol. Everyone would be better off going to a credit union.

    Last bank on earth I would ever do business with. Found out today credit was ran without authorization. Don't know if it was a good or bad thing that the credit application was denied? My credit is spotless 700+ credit score,but I remember a couple of years ago Wells Fargo was fined millions of dollars for it's racially charged lending practices . There are better banks

    This was my first time coming into this branch. Granted I visited it about 5 minutes after opening but usually there are a handful of customers waiting in line at other branches I've visited. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee right away and she directed me to the correct line for my service and there was no line! One customer being helped and then me! This is a first!! Estevan was the employee that helped me. He was quick and extremely personable, he even chatted with me during my transaction. Once finished and before I even made it to the door another employee thanked me for coming in and to have a nice day! I don't think I've ever been to a bank where every employee spoke to me! I will definitely be visiting this bank more if I'm in the area!

    Answer your phones! Nobody answers the phone unless you want to spend 35 minutes redialing. Service is mediocre, signage for special coronavirus hours is placed inconspicuously. Drive through is closed. Hours on Google aren't updated. Get it together people. Banks are supposed to inspire confidence in their customers!

    Update (from 5 stars down to 3): Just went today and for about the seventh time since starting at this bank I have had to correct the bank tellers on change. Seriously their job is money and Beatrice can't tell the difference between $100 in change and $20. If I had not counted it before leaving I would personally be out $80 because she decided not to care. Another girl (don't remember her name) has no idea what rolls of coins are worth (despite the fact it's printed on the roll) and gave me incorrect change again. I don't even expect this from McDonald's employees let alone bank tellers. Previous post of 5 stars: This is my favorite Wells Fargo Bank simply because of two people there. Emily is always super friendly and she recalls conversations that we had a month ago (even when I'm just doing the drive through she sees me on camera and talks to me which is amazing customer service). Jonathan is also always friendly and will talk to you like you're a friend not a customer. Everyone else is just a regular teller which is fine, these two just go above and beyond every time I'm there (which is at least three times a week for business).

    Incompetent. No Customer Service. My Dad passed away and it has been thought. The worst part, by far, has been dealing with Wells Fargo. Even when I have made appointments, they call at the last minute to cancel, or when I get there, they are at lunch or delay me. They have no cclue when they knew from the appointment what was expected.

    I found no help here. I came with a letter from Wells Fargo with instructions to receive assistance at a local branch. I do just this only to be told to call the number on the bottom on the letter that was described to call "if I had any question" as if I couldn't read and wasn't there for a more personal interaction and resolution. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning, and I will not be opening any potential account in the near future.

    Disgusted with service at various Wells Fargo locations. They close without warning, they have too few tellers, always long lines at those that are open. The company appears clueless.

    By far the worst Wells Fargo in town. Spent 30 minutes in line just to make a withdrawal. Nice tellers are the only reason for 2 stars. I feel bad that they have to work in such an environment.

    Bank in general are thieves when it comes to overdraft fees. This morning once again saw my account was going to reach negative and transferred money before the business day began. I even took a screen shot after I made transfer but sure enough around lunch time an overdraft fee was given to me anyway. I won't even bother attempting to get customer service to lift the overdraft fee as last time I did ended up wasting 15 more minutes of my life for nothing. It's not the money it's the principle.... if I took a gun on someone in the streets and told them to give me $30 I would be in jail.... If my account had been in the negatives it would make more sense but no sense made of what happened today.

    This location gets 5 stars thanks to their outstanding business banker Nealan. After years of dealing with conflicting information, poor support and overall disorganization at other WF branches, Neal spent the time to troubleshoot a long-standing issue with our accounts and provided the level of service necessary to get it solved. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and everything you would hope to find in a banking partner. I live on the West side but will gladly drive to this branch any time as long as Neal is there. A-class talent.

    Worst branch in the city. I have had them refuse to deposit cash. Try and put holds on cashiers checks. They are constantly changing out there people so even though I have lived right across the street for about 7 years now I have not been able to develop a relationship with any of the bankers like I have at other branches or banks where I can receive much better service. Over the years I have had 20+ people that have worked for me open accounts there and they have managed to lose everyone of those peoples business. One thing they like to do there is waste non account holders time by refusing to cash checks I have wrote to them until they wait to speak to a banker which has taken hours. This in turn wastes my time as I need those people at job sites instead of being harassed weekly about the same thing. I have also closed out all my personal accounts with them and will be closing my business account with them shortly as well.

    Totally unacceptable service at this Branch. We had a real estate closing and had to wire funds, just to be safe we went into the bank 3 days prior and Courtney totally dropped the ball on us. It’s now 5 days later and many hours dealing with the situation and the wire is still not there. We missed our closing by a long shot. I would NEVER do business with this bank again. Incompetent people. Not to mention they don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls.

    Came in under misinformation to get a refund balance on a closed credit card cashed out. The bank rep, Jonathan D, informed me they were unable to do that. Instead of stopping there, he got card services on the phone to talk to someone for me. After talking to someone he told me to ask for a supervisor as I still wasn't getting good answers. All the while, other bank customers were waiting to be seen but he took the time to find the correct answers for me even though I have no other accounts there. This experience would definitely influence my choice in using a commercial bank in the future.
