What an embarrassment Wells Fargo is to American Capitalism. Among the many awful things: Its been months now, you're a bank, where are the quarters? I cannot believe how long it has been that you guys have been unable to provide any quarters. I shouldn't have to change banks just to do my laundry.

    Response from the owner

I'm sorry to see your review, Lukas, and I can understand your frustration. Requested coins may not be available due to nationwide shortage. There is a possibility that branches may run out of coins and not be able to fulfill any coin requests. If you'd like to discuss your concerns with a specialist, please share your full name, phone number, and address in an email to [email protected]. I ask that you mention your review and Google username as well (no account numbers). Thanks. -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

1 is unfortunately the lowest rating that I could give this bank. They don't care about the customers, only charging you outrageous and unsolicited fees. Plus most tellers that work there are rude and not helpful. They already make money on you banking with them and loaning your money out, then that's not enough, so they penalize you if you don't keep enough money in the accounts.

NEVER BANK HERE. In my five year as a Wells Fargo’s costumer I have had four account issues and three has been at this branch in my brief two months of interaction. First, the bank teller deposited my check in my savings and I was charged overdraft fees every time I use my debit card. The second and third times, I deposited checks closer to the end of the month and the funds were not available until four business days after my account had been overdrawn for bills. At every other branch, it takes at most two business days for my checks to clear. Too much unnecessary overdraft fees and poor costumer service; I see why there is almost no one in here.

To be a widely known banking company and not have and coin counting machines for customers with change is sad. Do better Wells Fargo because that’s embarrassing

I have been a customer with multiple accounts with Wells Fargo since 1998 and was with Northwest Bank before that, which if you don't know Wells Fargo bought out in 1998. I have never had any issues with them. They have great customer service as well. Keep up the great job..

    Response from the owner

I’m so happy to see you feel this way, Jeanne. Thanks so much for the kind words. We appreciate your business. -Nick, Wells Fargo HL Social

Had an account with Wells Fargo for a short time, my overwhelming recollection is that there were all sorts of hoops to jump through and tons of different ways they nickel and dimed you. The final straw was when they overdrafted me for a transfer to myself. My account had an automatic transfer from my own checking account to my own savings account. When the transfer came through and I didn't have enough money, they charged me an overdraft fee. I left them and joined a credit union and have never looked back—everything is cheaper and more convenient when the people with your money are working for you, not for shareholders.

The business is severely lackadaisical, and the customer service is horrible. Individuals whom have been able to help, no longer work there. In the demeanor in which they handle fraudulent charges, insufficient funds, and other such things, is horrible. As much, and as long I have been a member of this bank there has always been a problem each month. With getting called stupid by a manager, demeaned and belittled, the place is creating it's own demise in how customer service is handled.

Dont get an account with this bank. I am switching to another bank Horrible horrible cust. service. An ATM jammed on me cuz someone had stuffed coins in it. My deposit has been stuck in limbo for a month now. Here is what happened : 1) Message that all would be fixed in 48 hrs 2) That didnt happen so I went in person to the branch, person there assured me that it would be fixed in another day or two AND that he would phone me also to let me know. 3) It wasnt fixed, he didnt phone me. I phoned the main complaint number They assured me it would be fixed in 10 days max. 4) It wasnt fixed. I phoned the branch and the main # and filed an official claim. They told me it would be fixed within ***45*** days. Yes, that is 45 days 5) I called and complained again and they said they would expedite it and it would be fixed in 10 days. Guess what? it is not fixed. Its been a total of a month now since their broken atm caused this problem and nothing has been fixed.

In drive thru now. Horrible service. Lady asks what I want, I tell her and she tells me wait as the machine is going. She comes back and say..ok..what do you need. I again tell her and she cuts me off stating she is dealing with lane 1 and 2 first. Why did she even ask either time. Never again this place or a drive thru.
