Went in to cash and deposit a check as I ALWAYS do at a WELLS FARGO since 2006.... (13 years).... I walked up to the teller, didn't catch her name, but she's Hispanic with glasses and a long ponytail, informed her I wanted to cash and deposit my check, stuck my card in and pushed my pin, she started the process and noticed my maiden name was on the check. She said, give me a second while I ask for assistance." I replied, "Okay not a problem." A minute went by she came back and asked did I have anything with my maiden name on it because the names doesn't match. I kind of chuckled and said every check that goes in this account has my maiden name on it. My direct deposits have my maiden name on it, all my checks from all 4 jobs have my maiden name on it and it's been this way for 11 out of 13 years. She said hold on again while she went back to the same lady(not a manager) and she came back and said she couldn't cash the check. I got a little frustrated and went over to the other section where you open/close the accounts at and a gentleman came and assisted me... I did not catch his name, but he was short, thick, tight gray slacks, tight dark gray/coal looking Polo shirt, glasses, scruffy hair, with a black mole on his lower lip/upper chin. I asked him why was there an issue with me cashing and depositing this check and for 13 years, I've NEVER had an issue. He said it probably was an oversight and should not have ever been cashed per policy and procedures. I asked him so for 13 years there's been an oversight at countless different locations and still NEVER had an issue till now? If that's the case, then I have been banking with the right bank up until now. I asked to speak to a manager, he informed there was no manager there at the moment, I asked for an assistant manager then. A lady by the name of Alaria came from behind a closed door and I asked her why is there an issue with me cashing and depositing my check today and it's NEVER been an issue before. She said with a stank attitude, "I'm not sure what anyone else has done, but we will not be able to cash your check without a ID with your married name or marriage certificate. I said wow... EVERY SINGLE CHECK that goes into this account has my maiden name on it and has been that way for 11 out of the 13 years I've banked with WELLS FARGO and up until TODAY, I haven't had any issues. Maybe I need to second guess banking with you guys. I've always wanted to bank with a credit Union instead anyway! I will be closing my account after 13 years of banking with Wells Fargo. I truly believed that Wells Fargo would have been my bank till I croak. Things are constantly changing in the world, I have to get hip and start accepting change and change banks! Thanks Alaria and your staff that worked on 5/28/19 for your unprofessionalism, your horrible customer service, and for losing another customer! (I personally had 5 accounts, but closed two now have 3 accounts with you). At this rate, the way your location is constantly losing customers per the reviews, you guys need either more training on customer service, WELLS FARGO values, and definitely how to run a bank! ***UPDATE*** I went to another Wells Fargo bank and had no issues at all!!! They were also very polite, courteous, and professional!

It's a shame of how bad it is here. It's too the point this place can have a class action law suit filed against it. That's just one thing I noticed when I went to this branch, and don't get me started on how they treated me! This branch should be immediately closed. If nothing else by mere fact of reputation Wells Fargo in general. This branch is not only the worst of Wells Fargo, but the banking industry at large, and brings a disgraceful name to the area. All employees here should be terminated, management fired, branch closed, building demolished, and property sold just by sheer fact of how Godawful it is at this branch. If you want to see literally the worst bank imaginable, go to this exact branch. Wells Fargo is a great bank, except for this branch. Now please, if someone important in Wells Fargo reads this, for the sake of your own reputation, fire everyone at this branch, and close it for good. Thank you.

📌ATM CUSTOMERS!!! You really have to watch yor money when depositing cash at this Wells Fargo location on both machines. I've had to call the number listed on the machine which is the Wells Fargo ATM Claims. I had to get nearly $400 reimbursed because of a shortage on a ATM cash deposit. I'm hoping it's not like this purposely because it's a predominantly black area but who knows. PLEASE COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU DEPOSIT AND VERIFY THAT IT'S THE SAME AMOUNT! IF NOT THEN RETURN ALL ITEMS AND VERIFY THE ATM RETURNED WHAT YOU PUT IN THERE. IF NOT THEN CALL THE ATM CLAIMS NUMBER ON THE MACHINE!

Today I had the worst experience at this branch. I deposited an Insurance claim check on Monday and today when I went to withdraw the funds out of my account to pay the roofers who where taking shingles off, my request was denied. I showed the manager, Denise Johnson the check stub for the check, which was also endorsed by my mortgage company. I was told that they have to contact Bank of America to verify funds. I asked them to call my insurance company , which she did she would not do, and the bank that issued the check, their customer service didn't open for 2 hrs. I called the WF customer care line and the Two individuals I spoke with said they didn't understand why I was not able to withdraw my money being that the funds showed available. I helpful lady in customer care was able to increase my ATM withdrawal limit to $2000 to take some portion of the funds but had to get temporary check to cover the rest of the balance, which the bank tried to charge me $3.00 for but was waived after my request. This store is the worst and I feel like I am being biased based on the area I live in. Had I went to a bank in a predominantly white neighborhood , I would not have had this problem. I have been dealing with Wells Fargo for over 6 yrs, have had direct deposit from the same employer since I have been dealing with Wells Fargo. Ms. Johnson had no reason to believe that check will would not clear, she used poor judgment and over exerted her authority that caused me to miss over 3 hrs of work for something that should have taken me 15 minutes. Ms. Johnson caused Wells Fargo to lose a long standing customer.

This is literally the slowest bank in the world. It takes me an hour most days just to do my daily deposit for my job. It is insane how long it takes them per car. Sometimes the line will be 15 cars long. To the point where police are handing out deposit slips.

My mother just had back surgery and had covid symptoms . I took her through the drive thru we notified the teller only to be told that if we wanted a cashier's check we had to come in only for me to go in for my mother explaining the situation again the teller goes to the manager which instructs her to inform us that my mother needed to go back to through the driveway lines and they would be able to print the cashier's check there .... my mother did as was instructed only to be told again she couldn't get a cashier's check only temporary checks which that isn't what she asked for... this process took 2 hours of dysfunctional unprofessionalism I have never been to a wells Fargo and been so dizzy and tired and my mother already in pain was so frustrated and hurt from the experience her blood pressure was raised this experience needs to be addressed so no other elderly customers have to experience anything like this it was a very avoidable experience 💔

I understand, that this location has a ton of complaints about being too slow at the drive thru, and services as a whole but, that is no reason to rush people at the drive thru & commercial drive thru. I've never had a teller be rude until yesterday Aug 23rd I was actually the only person in commercial and personal accounts drive thru at the time, literally empty slots besides, the single ATM functioning. But I have had them mess up deposits at other Wells Fargo locations and my other bank both business and personal accounts. So don't let the tellers rush you if you are a customer when it comes to your money. Don't let other customers rush you either 🙂. Leave when your transactions are done. I wait in long lines everywhere and I don't beep at the others ahead of me. If he's in that much of a hurry, he should have came earlier than the customer ahead in line. If another customer is rude to me I'm being rude back, personally. Also this location always seems to have only one ATM 🏧 that actually works. That also might be a reason for long waits. The day a police officer would have helped, they actually weren't there that time of day. The only reason why the upset customer pulled up yelling at me with his window rolled down was because I am a young woman by myself that day. People have been seriously taken off the planet because of road rage in this area. I understand he's a older guy *veteran from his license plate* but, it's not really worth it. Just wait your turn. Not that serious. BTW He still ended up waiting his turn😃

Went in for a wire, yes I set an appointment 2 weeks prior. When I got to the door and was calling for them to open Tiesha came to the door. Did not greet me just asked me what I was there for. I said "Hello, im here for a wire". She asked my name and she said I called you earlier kind of bothered, I said yes I returned your call and you were not here. Very dry attitude, didn't feel welcomed, I came in and said I have 2 deposits as well and she said I could do that first. I went to deposit window , the lady there told me that she only did drive through deposits and to wait and take a seat. Didn't get greeted either, I went back to Tiesha, we did the wire, the whole time im being polite saying please. Thank you, yes mam. Etc. Still very dry, when done I said thank you, didn't get any type of "thank you " " have a good day" etc. I own a business and deal with customers every single day. Greeting to me is the most important. Definitely will not return to this branch! Pretty upset at the fact that I've been to at least 20 different wells fargo banks and this by far was the worst experience for me. Making me feel as if I was nothing, and like there doing me q favor by helping me. If you don't like your job please pick a different profession outside of customer service.

Management and bank tellers are completely horrible when it comes to making the customer happy. I’ve never left a building so disappointed in my life, the young Hispanic girl with glasses is not meant to help nor communicate with people, how can you guys run a bank with staff members like these... Well my mother and I came in on 8/16/19 about 10am to seek help on the mobile app of Wells Fargo and we were not very tech savvy and Ms.Danisha Johnson she took the time out to show us how enter all the of the info to set up bill pay and how to deposit on our smart phone this was new for my mom who is 73 yrs of age but not to tech savvy we had a small challenge getting the phone to except some of info given but she stayed with us and called the help center and got it done after we were done with that task she walked out to the ATM with mom and I to show her some of the ways to use the features on it. So I am writing this to give a good report among so many bad at this branch there is still a lot of good folks like Ms.Danisha at that branch, thank you for employing someone with a heart for SERVICE and patience.
