ACE Cash Express W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas

I went yesterday and as soon as I walked in the gentleman greeted me and was fast and personal. I ask for small bills and he made it happen unlike Ace stores. And as I was leaving another gentleman (Manager sore of type) was there and gave me the best thank you send off. Keep up the great work.

Daniel is always very professional & polite he makes sure all my transactions are processed in a timely manner ! Definitely one of my favorite store bc of his great customer service!

On 3/11/2019 I entered ACE to cash my Bonus check from my job of course. The rep updates my picture and provide her my ID along with the check and checkstub. She kept informing her manager that I SAID it was a Bonus check even though she confirmed when she called my job that that's what it was. I was literally in the store for well over 15 almost 20 minutes. I was being patient and rep informed me the price of cashing check at 2.8% and I advised her the sign on window shows 1% then another lady says the sign is turned off and they are 2% which is false advertisement. Just because it is off doesn't mean we can't see the sign. After getting percentage understood the rep cashed the check and literally was just holding the amount on the other side of the window. I asked them was everything okay and the other rep just said the lady needed to get a code to cash the check but she literally had the amount and change ready to give to me. After waiting more I noticed the rep began to talk lower on the phone as if she didn't want me to hear what was being said regarding my money so I told them specifically to give me my check so I can go. The other rep asked for my checkstub again and I told them to give me my check so I can go. I do direct deposit but you all are such a hassle when someone needs to cash a check. I am done with ACE for good.

I have been a customer at this particular location for a few years. I have never had a problem and have received excellent customer service each time I've gone. Today Angela helped me and she was polite and provided accurate service.

Daniel helped me out. He was kind, thorough and had amazing customer service. He helped me quickly as well. He made this my favorite location. 🥰

I came in to pay a bill that was in urgent disconnect status and I gave the teller the information to pay the bill. The whole time she was rude and unprofessional because she sat on the phone with her friend for the whole transaction, Due to her distractions she put the wrong account number in and my lights went off maybe an hour later. When I came back to the store she acted like it was my fault the numbers were wrong even tho she had both papers where I wrote the numbers correctly. She said “it was because I didn’t fully close a 9 at the top”, if that was your thought it makes sense to repeat the numbers and get confirmation that it’s correct rather than GUESS! Please do try to be more professional and at least communicate and confirm information before you put it in. Now I have to wait 15 days to receive my funds and the lights are still off. They offered me no real solution to the problem and basically shrugged me off... Her name was Victoria.

They are very patient.. They are perfessional. I'M A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER 🤩😍🙏😇
