Pearl was so helpful!!! I mean a tone of stress came off of me. To start they work with "CHIME BANK CARD" and secondly she was soooooo super nice, sweet, and courteous!!! All of which I value in customer service. Plus they got me an amount I can do something with. She explained how the loan works thoroughly and made sure I understood and they offer a first time customer interest free payback if you pay in full on your first payment.

Nellie ...provided excellent customer service and her attitude was impeccable. She made the process easy and understandable, as well as explaining the pros and cons of the loan. I am completely satisfied with her service.

Staff were very friendly, the 3 young ladies are helpful. They explained everything I need to know and answer all my questions every time I go , I recommend !!

Very informative. Awesome service. Giving all options and solutions . Quick and friendly service at first!. Now that I am waiting to receive my title after I paid the balance in full on my first payment. I get horrible customer service and misinformation. There is no communication no one said my title wouldn’t be there when I came to pay the balance. They did not give me an accurate time frame on when I would receive it. I was told by next week when the full payment was received ..waited a week and some days and called to get an update. Was told another week and the manager would be in with my title. Waited almost a full week to get an update the representative was rude and was not being understanding or listening and acted as if I just wanted to argue when I was only upset at the experience and misinformation. I was then told that it would four to six weeks for my title to even be there at the office from that date of pay-off.. HORRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

I had a great experience. Selena and Pearl are super helpful and work hard to get you what you need. They have great customer service skills and are very friendly. Go see Selena and Pearl you won’t be disappointed.

This place is such a great place ! You usually go into loan places and there not great customer service but Pearl from check N Title is such a great person ! She friendly and explain everything to you in a manner that you understand if your trying find a loan place that will help you answer question or have bad credit there the place to go too!
