    Card got compromised yesterday went in today for a temporary card come to find out wells Fargo always inconveniencing customers as usual. I started banking with first union. Then came walk all over ya I mean Wachovia whoops... it's amazing wells can out do walk all over ya because they were horrible. 2 thumbs down for wells again

    Zero stars do not recommend 😠 My senior disabled veteran dad has banked with them for many years. He had recently got ripped off $4,000 that he had recieved no goods or services for. Wells fargo continues to collect very high interest off this account and refuses to do a proper dispute to recover the funds. I guess they are enjoying that high interest they are charging him, so why would they fight it, right? It's so sad they do not back their customers. He is barely able to be able to buy food because of getting ripped off twice. Update: Emailed the owner same response no help whatsover .

    ive been to all the wells fargo banks in a hundred mi radius,just to see if they all do ,business the same way.all were close except the one at signal hill mall.they didn't want anything to do with me or my son,the manager was so rude.the tellors were afraid to do anything unless he said so.he is a poor excuse for a manager,of anykind.wells fargo needs to really do something with this turd.we both have accounts,probaly not for long.he said we need to go to a bank where somebody knows us.we did didn't have aproblem,and it was wells fargo;imagine that;;this branch really needs some attention,the manager is a turd .who needs to be .thank you.

    I would give them no stars but can’t. I have always used them to get cashiers check and today I am told I have to have a account. When I just done this two weeks ago. I definitely want every bank here point blank!

    Been waiting in line for 40 minutes the person in front has sent the thing up 5 times already they should be made to get in the back of the line.
