Not enough good words to be said about this dealership and the car buying experience! I purchased my first new car, a Ford Explorer. Dawson took us for a test drive and explained all the awesome features it had to offer with a no pressure demeanor. He made it as easy and as quick as possible, we were in and out in just a few hours. He has been extremely helpful even after the fact with answer my questions, helping me figure out how to use my app, get my spare key, set up an appointment with the service department for my first free oil change, etc. Highly recommend Dawson and Randy Marion dealerships!

First rate service from a first rate team. I have been dealing with Randy Marion Ford since moving to North Carolina and have established great relationships with their staff. I never hesitate to ask an occasional question as I get a prompt friendly answer every time I do. I highly recommend both their sales and service departments. They also offer free shuttle service from and to their dealership so one person can manage the drop-off and pick-up of your vehicle.

Even though I gave him five stars only because of Tyler he was very nice, very professional, made me feel like he understood my frustrations with my car, and he did not make me feel like I was bothering him. Now for the guy that sits behind him he was very freaking rude when I got there I tried to explain to everything about my car and how I took the back seat out to look at the wiring because my check engine light keep coming on and I asked if they could please help me put the seat back in I didn't ask them to do it and he looks at me really rude and said well got to just add more time. I didn't appreciate that I was given bad reviews about this place but I'm the type of person that I don't listen to people I go to see for myself. And because of Tyler I will be back and that is it he is so awesome so nice and like I said I'm a female and he did not make me feel stupid

Yet again! The Randy Marion family has done an outstanding job of keeping my F-150 alive and well. During a routine service call, a oil leak was discovered. Through guidance from the mechanic and service technician, I was able to continue my normal daily driving. When the time came for the repair, it was executed so smoothly, I didn’t realize the truck was in for repair. Eric took outstanding care of me through scheduling, setting up a rental, transportation to and from the dealership to the rental, and after repair. Hi! Bought 6 trucks, sales department did great job! Good prices everything perfect. BUT I Picked up 1st truck by end of Aprill. Still didnt received registration and titles! Called a lot of times spent my time for calling, nothing changed! Today spoke with Title worker Dayana she said they mailed my documents to Missouri, then hung up and didn't call back. Went above and beyond my expectations, I had to drive 3 hours to get to them because my local ford dealer could not get my truck in for 2 1/2 months. They took in with 2 days notice. Got everything fixed even found other things wrong that were covered by warranty and fixed them as well.

Buyer Beware: This dealership has what it calls "Ad Vehicles". This means they lower the price below KBB to get people to call and or come in to the lot. What you do not know is that they then add an $880 Resistall fee for a "protectant" already used, and then a $2750 charge for a Shop Bill. Maybe this dealership is well known for this type of what I would call shady advertising locally (I'm from out of state). All in all a Jeep posted for $31640 right now is really a $35270 vehicle before what I call normal dealership fees and taxes bringing the total price to over $38,000. Hopefully this saves someone out there from wasting their time.

We bought a car on Monday from Jake Quintero we had a really nice experience buying a car from him, all of the stuff going on with the influx of supply and demand and some of the dealerships taking advantage of customers Randy Marion Ford three new door face in that there are some really good dealerships out there, he did a great job and trained every one of our questions never tried to upsell or sell the same thing we didn't want, listen to all work what we were saying and found exactly what we were looking for, Chris Shehan he's a really amazing guy he was the person who did the financing for us was very thorough double-checked everything explained all of our options was clearly never ever put any pressure or made us feel pressured in any way he actually made it very entertaining and relaxing to do this one sometimes I'll be a stressful process and he did an amazing job and we were very glad and grateful to meet him both of them looking forward to doing MORE business with them in the future , it was a very refreshing and pleasant experience so please don't reflect this dealership the way other dealerships May mistreat your cuz they do not they do an amazing job you are very happy

The initial purchase went well. The vehicle was delivered with a strong smoke odor. After multiple sprays, bombs, and hanging deodorizers it still has odor 6 weeks later. The title work has not made it to the state for permanent plates and the temp tags expired about 2 weeks ago. They said they would send another temp tag but never did. No good having a vehicle you cannot legally drive. (UPDATE) they have since sent everything to get my title and plates. It took negative reviews to facilitate this, otherwise I'd give five stars if they resolved when I emailed them.

Horrible service. I was looking for a certain vehicle. Their website said they had eight on site. I talked to a sell person who confirmed they had eight on site, so I made an appointment. There website also said they opened at 7:30 am. So I left early and drove an hour. They did not open until nine, and when I finally got to talk to a sales person, who the person I talked to on the phone was late to work that day! He stated they did not have any on site. I asked if they sold all eight of them. He said no, they never had them on site. Horrible customer service.

I went to a local shop in Statesville for tires lift kit and front and alignment. After 5 attempts at a front end adjustment. I took my new F150 to Randy Marion. They did the front end work at a reasonable price excellent work the truck drives now like it used to.Very happy with the work.

The retail side is a good dealer. Dont go to the commercial side. That guy won't lift a finger to help and if you ask him anything, us like pulling teeth to get it. It took me three times to get the keys for a work vehicle that he had marked as something different. Very difficult to deal with.

Went to go get a coolant flush didn’t know where to drop my truck off so I walked in and walked up to the service desk. Stood there for 15 mins no help just a bunch of them huddled around in a circle jerk talking to each other. Finely a worker from there DETAIL apartment told me where to go. Just poor customer service Edit: I was contacted by customer service and they deeply apologized for my experience after they reviewed the footage of me just waiting for 15 mins with no help. They corrected the mishap and offered Comp for the inconvenience. I was was very appreciated of how they handled the situation and took quick action to prevent this happening again.

I recently purchased a Vehicle from Randy Marion Ford and it couldn't have been easier or quicker. The only thing that took a bit was finalizing the sale because the original sales manager was out and someone else unfamiliar with the agreed purchase price had to be brought in. The car was ready to be test driven when I got there. It was also ready to be driven home once the papers were signed. It was by far the quickest deal I have done for a car at a traditional dealership.

Well i just bought a new 2021 ford E350 kuv, price was good but when i got there it wasnt cleaned up but half way. Then leaving out going up 77 sound like it had an exhaust leak or spark nocking so i lined it up for a week with them to find the issue, all they said was the motors good i mean couldnt even try to figure where the aweful noise was coming from, really. Also took 90 days to get my tag, had to call corporate to get that resolved. Now my paints coming off the bottom of the doors etc. So they got it again for a week spotting in the bottom area of the door, fender etc. Hope this turns out right. I run a plumbing business and i thought that with this new truck i wouldnt have any issues but ive been out of work all week, lost around $4000 in work but all Nathan says is im doing all i can, well you breaking me, not at all happy with this purchase.

Update review from a week ago. I have serviced my car here when living in NYC and VA over the years. Recently I brought the car in overnight to get an issue fixed that I had suggested when making the appointment and it wasn't. After following up with customer service and Nathan about the issue not being resolved they fixed the problem immediately without double charging me to which was the upstanding thing to do. Highly please, the car runs perfectly now. I couldn't be happier, I will continue servicing my Mustang here.

Service on my new F-150 was great. No waiting. Drove directly into the staging bay when I arrived and they immediately took the truck for service. Waiting area was comfortable and clean and new. This has to have been the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in all my years of purchasing a car. I cannot recommend them to anyone. The customer service rep stated that their goal was to make me happy - well they didn't. All they managed to do was to do the things that should have been done before putting the car on the sale lot. The fact that someone had to come to SC to get the car, take it back to Statesville for a needed oil change and recall, put some gas in the car plus remove the tracking device that had been installed by the previous insurance company is ridiculous. When you spend over $60k on a car, you expect better service.

I was visiting from out of town, and my vehicle needed an oil change. They were able to squeeze me in, and I was back on the road quickly. They also reset a tpms sensor that was having an issue. The dealership was amazing, and the service staff was very friendly.

Took our car to get the recall fix on the rear camera system. This was the 2nd dealer for the same item. The first dealer tried twice and didn’t get it corrected. Service seemed good. But waiting area could have been a lot better. Get a decent TV service in waiting area. Uncomfortable furniture. 1 receptacle to plug in laptop. Local Wi-Fi not working and employ says it’s down a lot. Terrible coffee. I know this is trivial. But it would greatly improve customer experience. But service did seem good.

Absolute poor service, wanted to buy a car and they said it will be ready on Tuesday, the car was used but still $60k the car was in poor poor condition, paint chips everywhere! Brought my fleet vehicle to the Commercial dept for new tires & was told I'd need to drop it off as they'd likely need the entire day due to the long time it typically takes to get approval from fleet mgmnt company. I reached out to others who use the same fleet mgmnt company and they'd never experienced this. So, I called other shops & was told approval may take 30min at most. I ended up going to the local Mr. Tire shop and was in and out in no time.

Purchased a 2019 F250 from them. The buying experience was perfect. Friendly staff and professional showroom. Only issue I have is definitely double check the vehicle you are purchasing for all the items listed on the dealers window sticker and advertisement BEFORE you purchase. Mine read that it was equipped with a back up camera, however after the purchase, I discovered that it didn't come equipped with that feature. Not a deal breaker, but was a disappointment from what I expected or thought I was getting. Other than that, it was great.

Amazing salesmen and ladies at Randy Marion!! I have been searching for the right truck for a while now and found a great deal on one at Randy Marion. I spoke with Judy Gomez on the phone at the beginning of the week and we came up with game plan to trade in my vehicle for the new truck. We live 2.5 hours away so we planned a day trip for friday that week and Judy got everything ready for me by the time we got there Friday evening. Truck was pulled up front waiting on me when we got there and test drove it within the first 5 minutes. We loved everything about the vehicle. Judy made the process fast and efficient and she made sure all of needs were taken care of. Everyone there was super nice and helpful in meeting my needs. We drove away with a new truck and left my old vehicle in good hands. I would 100% recommend Randy Marion to anyone looking for a great price on a great vehicle with a great sales team!

The waiting area for people having thier vehicle serviced is very comfortable and amazingly quiet. The employees are helpful, friendly and seem to genuinely care about serving customers. I've had my car serviced at 4 different dealerships, and Randy Marion is by FAR the best, hands down. Keep up the great work, it really does matter !!

My wife and I were in the market for a used Honda Pilot and we found one at Randy Marion Ford Lincoln. We called ahead of time and they had the car pulled up front for us. Doug Agan was the salesman that helped us through the process. He was awesome!! Made sure we had plenty of time for a test drive and gave us space when we were making our decision. The car purchasing experience was great. I do love my truck. It's exactly what I wanted. Keith was my salesman and he did very well. The issue is that I paid for my tag to be transferred from my trade in to my new truck. I've contacted Diana in that department multiple times over the last two months. She will not complete the paperwork to transfer the tag. I now have a civil penalty, a late penalty on the tag for another vehicle and the NCDMV wants me to pay taxes on my trade in vehicle because the paperwork was never completed. Keith said he would get this lady to do the paperwork but she still hasn't and I'm still getting letters from the DMV and these fees are accruing interest. Considering Diana is unable to do the paperwork it looks like I'm going to have to go through the DMV and lose money due to a paperwork error at the dealership. Diana literally needs to check one box on one form and send it to the DMV but she isn't doing it.

I was so happy with Cory and the service provided on a moments notice. Had a missing lug nut, he asked me to grab a coffee and before I was finished he called me out and had replaced the lug nut, torqued all wheels and on my way. No charge, no paperwork, just smiles. My dealer from now on for sure.

Was looking for a ‘new’ (used) vehicle for a while and ran across a listing for a used truck that pretty much matched my list. Was a 5 hour round trip to Randy Marion to look at it and then another 5 hours for the purchase. Doug Agan was good to deal with and Chris took care of the paperwork smooth as could be. Our family had a sudden change and required more seats in a vehicle immediately. I called the dealership, was put in touch with Doug, and everything was easy from there. Doug listened to our needs, our wiggle room - and where we could not, and our time frame. He helped us find the right vehicle the same day while knowing what was on other lots and understanding our requirements. My salesman, Mark Greco, was very nice and helpful. The finance manager was also. After several financing options, I was able to get my payments were I wanted them. My Fusion was "damaged" on the driver side. Some kind of coating was peeling off so I was given an amount to cover that damage. Still going to cost a lot to fix. Of course, after getting home and admiring my Fusion, I noticed scratches on the hood and passenger door. And the "I" was missing from the Fusion logo on the back bumper (FUS ON). I gave 4 stars due to the car "damage". I just feel like the driver door, which was the worse, should have been repaired before the car went up for sell. One thing I didn't appreciate was that I was told my "credit isn't that great!" I applied at CarMax and was told my credit was good and that CarMax would finance me. So I really didn't appreciate that comment.
