Wells Fargo Bank N Cedar Ave, Owatonna

Long lines, rude tellers, and dirty building. Money makes the world go around. Do you really wanna trust your hard earned income to a company that could care less about you and your business? I had a business and personal account with WellsFargo..key word was had. Look at the reviews. Only 2 1/2 stars. There's a reason!

Probably the worst banking experience I've ever encountered! I was in the Drive-Thru waiting to be helped. Yes I was there in plenty of time to try to cash a paycheck. Right when we got up to the teller screen they shut down so I thought that there was something wrong so I went into a different one and the guy before me was helped he wasn't there before me and then when we got up to the window it got shut down again. And I was extremely frustrated so I went up to the main door of the actual bank itself and I kept knocking on the window to see if somebody would be able to help us and a guy came to lock the door he didn't look right at us he knew you were standing right there and he just locked door and went on his way I don't know his name but that guy deserves to be fired! Definitely will not go back to that branch!

Show up at 532 to pull out money for rent. Their posted hours on the door and Google say 6....i will be switching banks. Wells Fargo are dirty thieves. Update $10 for a cashiers check when I have banked with these folks for over 10 years. Walmart charges a dollar... Yikes. Leaving very very soon!

I have never been more frustrated with a place. Customer service was less than ideal. They are so busy following their policies, that they forget to be personable, and helpful. The teller was very sweet though.

Closed on Saturday and only open from 9 to 5 doesn't really work well for out if town workers, this bank has been very disappointing lately.

Puts in debits before credits so your account will purposefully go negative that way they can charge more service fees to people and make more money. Bad customer service. Not wearing masks.

Most of the time, I am more than satisfied with the service at the Owatonna branch. But trying to get an appointment is truly frustrating. Since you need to make appointments to see a banker, one would think the bank would make it easier to do so. But after calling the 800 number and being told the closest bank to my Zip code at which I could get an appointment was in Prior Lake, I asked to be transferred to the Owatonna branch. I got to talk with someone inside the Owatonna bank, and when I asked about an appointment, I was sent back to the 800 number. I told the Customer Service Rep that I had already been there and wanted to talk with a banker from the Owatonna location. I got transferred back to a person inside the bank and explained what I was seeking; again. I was transferred to a banker who was not even there and had to talk with his voice mail. This has taken over 30 minutes and I still don't have an appointment for something that should take 10 minutes once I get inside the bank. Let appointments be made at the bank and not through some remote 800 number phone bank. When someone asks you what state you are from, that is not a good start to a customer service call.

Very nice people to bank with. Tellers are always nice and personable. Loan, account personnel are always accommodating. Rule followers...yes!! That is a good thing:)

Am not a Wells customer. The bank was designed by Louis Sullivan, and it truly is one of the most beautiful buildings in Minnesota. It's just a short hop off I-35 and is definitely worth a visit. You'll be amazed, I promise.
