I normally don't rate on first transactions, but man, they gave me a really fair price for my old motorcycle gear. And they were really nice and easy to work with.

Came in today looking to unload some stuff I did not have time to deal with. I sell stuff on the side and know the value of the times. I had a android tablet, a new in box xbone charger dock w/ its battery sealed momba gaming mouse and game. The tablet could have been sold from 50 to 60$ I bought it from their competitor for 70$ recently. It just was not what I was looking for. I was going to ask for 40 for it. 10 for the battery pack that could be sold 15 to 18. Specially since it will work w/ the xbox series remotes. Then 15 for the gaming remote that could have been sold for 30-35. The game I could have not cared less for and was going to take whatever was offered. The broker offered me 40 dollars for everything. Did not ask what I wanted for them so hed have a starting point on what to make an offer. Just low balled me. I tried to talk to him and I asked him to search other ways with the UPC code on one of the items and He kept showing one listing. I then asked to put it in the search field and he got frustrated. At this point I realized what type of broker he was and left. I then went over to Pawnxchange in Shakopee I was at least able to get 55 for everything close to what i thought sounded fair and did not even mention the other pawn shop. I talked them through the listing since I know their process a little bit. They bartered. With Pawn Minnesota He said the meat of the offer for 40$ was the tablet so I presumed 25 for that. Then 7 for the remote charger and mouse each. Then a dollar for the game. W/ Pawnxchange they did not even want the game. I got 30 for the tablet 10 for the charger and 15 for the mouse got what I wanted for all of them except the tablet but that was close. The thing is this run over to Pawn Minnesota was a test. I have a few other nice items that I dont have time to deal with recently. In this instance I had two of them in my car a nice Windows Surface Tablet and a corsair Gaming Keyboard. Minnesota Pawn seems to lowball you by going off “recent” sold items on ebay. The problem with that is something that is worth say 60$ can be sold for 20$ like that because the seller may have just wanted it gone and did not want to sell it for value. Go to pawnxchange instead.

Unbelievable experience frank is amazing. He went way above expectations to make my sick wife and I extremely happy and touched .when not only did he give me a great deal on a mobility scooter he drove it from his store to a nearby nursing home not only did he earn a customer for life he earned a friendship for life

Frank is super professional. I didn’t get the sense he was trying to yank me for my last dollar and he appreciated what I wanted for my items. We were able to come to a deal. Also witnessed him give a discount to a woman buying a leather jacket without her even asking for it. Pretty genuine person.

Great place to do business at. The owner is a very fun person to be around, very respectful , and all around great energy in the shop. definitely doing more business there.

Friendly service. I had gotten a loan on a item. It all worked out great. I was 2 days late on payment the owner was really awesome patient great atmosphere

Rocky road with them. Twice we went to pay off the pawn, first time they lost our merchandise, second time our merchandise was busted, it wasn't like that when we dropped it off (military retirement, a few months without pay). Frank seems to have an addiction of some sort, we hope he seeks treatment for it. Upside, since the expansion, customer service has gotten tons better, overall professionalism seems to be better. I'm glad they expanded because they helped the community with job placement.
